Very easy to use at an affordable price. The cleanup is seamless as well. My only question is the durability and how many years it will hold up given the price, but my last one from Aroma lasted 5 years or so which is great.
I only give this four stars because over the years the paint will slowly come off and that's when it will need to be replaced. However I can't fault them because it's a cost saving measure that keeps the price point affordable.
Would buy again a few years down the line as necessary, rice turns out great. You don't need one of the fancier models, unless you want something bigger.

I had the smaller version when I was single but this is perfect for our growing family. It can even handle stuff like Zatarain’s Red Beans & Rice, not just plain rice. I steam veggies all the time while my rice is cooking and it totally saves time and I don’t have another pot to wash.

This thing just keeps making perfect rice every time. And the steamer basket is really a great feature. It's easy to cook (steam) an entire meal in this thing - rice+veggies+meat or gyoza or egg rolls. You can just push the start button, walk away and not worry about it being overdone even if you don't get back to it for several hours due to the keep-warm feature. It is simple, efficient, and sturdy. Excellent product!
