The blade needs to be sharper or they need to add more its hard blending frozen fruit with my smoothies

Terrible! Do not waste your money! Add a few dollars and buy a good one. Mine broke very quickly.

It works, ut there reasons it’s so inexpensively priced. 1. It has a larger than necessary handle which makes it difficult to hold. 2. The 2 speed buttons are not click on click off—they must be held continuously in order to run. 3. The motor is very noisy.

It is heavy and it is difficult to hold the “on” buttons while it is in use. I would not recommend this item. I would upgrade to get a lighter version.

After reading many reviews from different brands, I decided to go with this one. I have used it several times all with successful results. The buttons are located in a good spot to depress with your fingers. They are a little stiffer (but not too bad) to depress which is good since you don't want to accidentally push one and turn the blade on when not ready. You do have to give it a little bit of force. The shape of the handle fits my hand comfortably. The unit itself is pretty powerful. I was mixing a breakfast milkshake and started out on low but tried "high" and it was too powerful that it literally was sucking the unit to the bottom of the container. The metal shaft does detach for easy cleaning. I did not experience any issues with it over heating or having any smell. This unit it great for making bread crumbs, graham cracker crumbs, milkshakes, whipped potatoes, soups, purees, etc. The color is very nice and the metal parts are a plus. I am very thrilled with this purchase!

I bought this unit because it has a metal shaft and therefore will last longer than my plastic shaft blender. The big CON is that the switch is very hard to engage and hold in. It is a real effort to use it. Someone with small weak hands should avoid this purchase.

It works and it matches the kitchen exactly. I gave this as a gift and she was thrilled.

Instantly smelled when I plugged it in. Got extremely hot after 2 minutes of using it, then stayed hot for over an hour after. The buttons are hard to use. Its not powerful at all. Don't buy it! Spend a little more on something better! Really need to return this!
