So, this works it toasts everything great but within the 3 or 4th use the handle to lock it snapped and broke. I did not use any force I am a pettit woman (weight about 114lbs) so no force was ever used on this to lock it plus, I am the only one who uses it and it just broke. I am still using it because it still toasts.

It's a nice little machine for the price. we've used it a few times and it toasts a sandwich well. If you are planning to load up with a lot of fillings, this thing will squish everything pretty flat, so it's not really the best for a thick sandwich.

Heats up quickly, cooks a sandwich crisp in a few minutes. Also makes perfect toast, better than a toaster.

The closing clasp broke the first time we used this. You would have to hold it closed manually. Shipping cost to return/replace were almost the cost of the really crummy product so not worth the extra investment. Very poor quality, cheap, and useless.
