The Breville BOV845BSS Smart Oven Pro with light and slow cook setting is the first oven with Element IQ that controls heating elements to suit whatever you are cooking with 10 preset functions. Slow Cook Function will automatically switch to Keep Warm for up to 2 hours and can be set at 'HI' 2 8 hours, or 'LO' for 4 10 hours. Key features comprise of a timer with auto shut off and alert, temperature conversion & frozen food functions, a color changing LCD, and a magnetic auto eject rack. Accessories included with your oven are a 12" x 12" enamel baking pan, a 12" x 12" enamel broiling rack, and a 13" non stick pizza pan. The 0.8 cubic foot interior allows for a 6 slice toast capacity, and as a guide, can accommodate most 3.5 quart Dutch oven vessels with lid, and 5 quart vessels with foil lid. Voltage 110 120 volts , Power 1800 watts.

I absolutely love my oven! Use it for almost everything from toast, to full dinners and baking. The only thing I haven't cooked in it was the Thanksgiving turkey! I cant remember when I last used my large oven to cook. Saves space and it is super efficient. Promise you'll love yours!

This is the best oven I have ever had and I am in my seventies. Since purchasing this oven several years ago I have not used my GE wall oven once. My Breville cooks everything to perfection and best of all, Breville’s customers service is second to none. They respond to questions and concerns immediately and are the nicest people to deal with. If I could rate this oven higher I would. If this oven broke today I'd get another one without hesitation. Nothing on the market compares, in my opinion. Fan is slightly loud like metal on metal, but moves air effectively. (Update: Fan became quiet after a few uses and is now nearly silent)
This oven has become the main oven in our house. It is used every single day and never lets us down. Haven't touched the large oven since we got this one. Large oven is now used only for storage! Amazing cooking results! Interior fits everything I put in it from chickens to roasts, to 13" pizza.Not a fan of the boring looks but the usage totally makes up for it. Have yet to burn anything, it's so precise. Also makes great toast, but make no mistake, this is no toaster, this is a REAL OVEN and it means business.

I have the previous model ( BOV800XL) Smart Oven that I bought from Amazon in Feb 2014 that is still working great.. It still gets a 5 Star rating from me.
My range and fridge are both made by JENN-AIR. Three months ago the main circuit board in the range burned out and am still waiting for a new one. This has gone on long enough so decided to get another Smart Oven.
This Breville model BOV845BSS has some upgraded features over the 800XL that I really like so I put my money where my mouth is and went with another one. It came on time ( I have Prime) well packaged and protected in a box that was in another box, and AMAZON put the whole thing into another box. So the chances of getting damaged goods from rough handling by shippers is almost impossible.
The overall sizes have not changed so trays and racks are interchangeable. A switchable interior light has been added top left and new extended cooking times (up to 10 hours) on oven features like roasting and baking etc.is now standard. Completely new is a Slow Cooker Circuit with two setting HIGH and LOW, and believe it or not the interior is large enough for either of my two naturally black cast-iron pots and lids to be used. It's a snug fit but if a larger container is required they could be put to work.
My wife has "claimed" the New one,and I have the original. I never realized the improvements at meal times of being able to use two toaster ovens at the same time. We actually get to sit down at the table at the same time, and at last no more compromising on cooking temps & times at supper times.
By raising the oven up a few inches off the countertop, the supplied roasting pan and Pizza plate store very nicely underneath.A 13" Pizza stone fits too. Hockey pucks or small cans wrapped in foil give a nice lift.
Time will tell in the long run how it will stand up. I only hope it is as good as the first one
IMPORTANT NOTE.
This oven draws a heavy amperage and considerable thought is needed where to place it in the room for it to be a Plug & Forget appliance..
