The brewer makes good coffee but the pour spout on the thermal carafe is poorly designed and a constant source of frustration as no matter how carefully we pour, coffee drips down the side of the pot. Don't buy this machine unless you enjoy wiping up spilled coffee every time you pour a cup.

So glad we ordered this coffee brewer. It doesn't drip when pouring coffee like others we've had in the past. Only change I'd make: Wish the Brew/Off (light) was brighter & that the beeps when coffee on done was louder.

This machine makes great tasting coffee. It makes us the perfect brew for our morning which we appreciate during the season we're in with COVID. We especially appreciate the setting that allows you to make medium strength to bold so that when family comes over we can make them weaker coffee to better suit their tastes. ;)

I didn?t purchase recently. I was trying to find a replacement carafe and filter. The carafe handle broke and a new filter was needed. None to be found anywhere. The coffee maker itself is just ok. Meanwhile using with a broken handle and no filter until the new coffee pot arrives which is not a cuisinart. Coffee never got hot enough.

This coffee maker is just right. It makes good coffee, it is hot and stays hot in the carafe thermos, it doesn't leak like others I have had in the past, it's fast, and quiet. It is an 8 cup maker, which is four good sized mugs of coffee which is all I need. On occasion I make a second pot. I have only one minor complaint and that is the lid for the water reservoir flips open on the wrong side for me as I am right-handed. If it was hinged to open right to left or front to back, the lid wouldn't be in my way to pour in the water. But it's a minor thing and I work around it.

This machine is a beast it makes the coffee as hot as you want and pretty dang fast it even improves the flavor of the coffee all And all best coffee maker I've ever owned

Very good coffee-easy to use and clean,
the "most important" of aspects of a good coffee maker.
Quite happy with that. However...
I find it annoying that the instructions instruct to unplug after
each use- if that is truly necessary spare the expense of putting a clock on the front
I can't imagine anyone looking forward to setting the clock with each use!!
...and pass it on to your consumers

I bought this coffee brewer about 6 months ago and love the features and its ability to control the water temperature and the brewing strength of the coffee. My only complaint is that the LCD display is sometimes dimmed to the extent that I can barely read it. Also, I wish this version of the coffee maker came in a 12 cup model. I would definitely recommend this product to someone else!
