It is pretty, funcional, easy to clean and very potent. I realy like the turn button to power up or down.

I own this very model and have had no problems at all. I love the detachable head for easy cleaning; even though there are statements about being dishwasher safe I prefer to hand wash. It is strong, fast and very effective in producing smooth soups, juices and purees. Tip: keep a bowl or measuring cup back, fill it with hot, soapy water and clean the blender in this, only scrubbing with a dish rag if needed (and unplugged).

I couldn't get the lock/unlock button to stay down so it would keep running. Also, the speed buttons were a little hard to press. It is also a little heavy for a sr citizen.
