The light which indicates the setting burned out after 4 months. The product is guaranteed for 90 days. There does not seem to be any customer service.

Unfortunately broiling is not possible in this unit as the broiling setting is so close to the top that nothing fits on the tray without it hitting the heating elements. The meat would have to be razor thin to fit into latch number one which is the recommended setting for broiling. Air frying anything also takes too long. So far I’m very disappointed.

We bought the Emeril Power Airfryer 360 XL and are totally dissatisfied with the performance. We tried to return it under the "90 day satisfaction guarantee", but we were going to be charged $175 to do so! This is a complete scam. Those infomercials should be removed from television, and the Federal Trade Commission should review the fraudulent trade practices that Emeril Lagasse has prostituted himself to endorse.

I bought this AirFryer with great hopes that it would do what it claimed however I can't even get a piece of bread to brown even when set at the darkest setting. I am also disappointed when that it takes so long to pre-heat in order to bake something. I called the customer service number and was told to butter my bread before toasting-no difference. When I told the rep that I was unhappy with the unit I was told to send it back and they would replace it. Wow such a deal, it cost more to send it than the thing costs new. Guess I'm stuck with it. Wish I'd tried a different unit.

So wanted to love this product. Upgraded from a Cuisenart that didn't have all the functionality. Purchased 6/2020. Stopped heating to temp, despite the notice advising it had heated to the required temp. Not one setting would reach the temp indicated in setting. Ruined meals due to inaccurate temps. Had hoped for so much more. Very disappointed, shopping for alternatives.

Had roasted 2 turkeys in my large oven earlier in the day so thought maybe that was the smell. Couple hours later we smelled smoke. It was coming from a hotpad near the air fryer 360 that was catching fire. Apparently the air fryer had turned itself on! It was extremely hot and was the source of the smell. I never thought to check the air fryer as we had not used it. Will be replacing this one with a safer brand.

Very disappointed with this product. Tried to make chicken wings and it doesn't brown them, they are a little crisp but do not get brown. The same with chicken tenders. Does a great job on a 12" pizza though. The reason for 2 stars is it leaks grease all over my counter top, I even put foil on the bottom tray and I still get grease all over the counter. Haven't had it for a year yet and the wife just made me throw it out cuz it makes such a mess.

Have had the 360 for a year and thought is worked great although it gave off a lot of heat. Noticed that food was not cooked when using the bake mode so I placed a temp. gage inside. The temp. is always 50 degrees lower than the setting and won't hold unless the fan is on. Think I will be looking for another brand as I can't count on the bake mode. Now I question if the other settings have worked as they should.

Fixed a pork loin last night on the rotisserie. It turned out beautiful and moist. HOWEVER, this morning I fixed toast and only the top of the bread toasted! WHY didn't the bottom get toasted? I'm disappointed in the instructions. They could be better or at least an online link to show step by step use of each setting.

We have only used it a couple of times. Last evening, the lights came on the front panel while I was standing in the kitchen. I went over and it the cancel button and they went back out. I didn’t think any more about it, I should have unplugged it. This morning I woke up to our smoke detector going off in the dining room. The Air Fryer had turned itself on again and the kitchen, dining room, and living room were filled with smoke!!! The Air Fryer was extremely hot, smoke was coming out of it. It was very frightening!!! We will not being using this Air Fryer again. If you have one, unplug it when not in use!!!

We have the smaller Emeril air fryer with just the basket and it does not take long to preheat. My daughter has one like ours but a different brand and she does not have to wait long for hers to preheat. Ours takes a long time plus it takes twice as long to do wings in our new one than it did in the old one. It does do a nice job...eventually. The air fryer is suppose to cut down on cooking time but that is not the case with the Emeril 360. We did not return it but we are still disappointed in it overall.

I was a bit hesitant about buying this oven based on some of the reviews. I needed an oven that I could daily on our boat, so it needed to be a good one.. I have only just gotten it, however I have had wonderful results with the meals I have made. The fryer worked great on my chicken. It was moist inside and crispy outside. Next I tried the rotisserie. It was easy to use, and the chicken came out great, the only issue was that the oven put out quite a bit of smoke from the drippings on the bottom drip pan. I will need to figure this part out. But overall, so far, I am really happy.

Great price, excellent on the display menu, this model came with all the bells and whistles. The only thing I found to be a bit off is the cook book.
Yep the book of all things, the instructions are clear. Except I came across one the it give you all the ingredients like peppers, salt, this or that and one cup vegetables oil.
Well it tell you to use a small amount for mixing the sauce , say like 1/4 cup and then to cook for whatever time and it’s done. So what do I do with the remaining oil ? LOL
Anyway little things like that.
We bought at our local grocery store a magazine with air fry recipes. Very helpful.
Nevertheless I am well pleased with this item. Five stars.
Hey we had a smaller toaster oven with Knobs for the timer and temperature and no display and we had paid perhaps half the cost of this unit with less then half of the features. So yes it’s a great deal. Well depending on the price you pay. But even if you happen to get it for $160-180 I still think is not too bad.
I got mine for less that that and we are very happy with it. Yes the price on sale did help with the deal.

Returning. Displayed E1 the first time I plugged it in. Unplugged and tried again and it worked. Then next time I tried to run it it displayed E1 again. This time no amount of button pushing or plugging and unplugging or time on and off power cleared it. Super bummed because I was really looking forward to it. I can’t decide if I want to try another one or buy a different air fryer all together.

When i received it i was so happy it had lots of goodies and it is beautiful, but, it is so small, smaller than my toaster oven. A chicken of any size will not fit in there . I sent it back and ordered the next one which is supposed to be bigger and have more power. fingers crossed as I am stuck with a $14. Plus return charge even though it advertises this time of year through Jan 31, free returns. Plus the box was broken with a big hole. It was lucky there was no damage to the appliance.

This appliance is so convenient and versatile that we use it all the time instead of our large oven. I cook biscuits, corn bread in an iron skillet, corn dogs, tater tots, frozen turnovers and so much more. It has replaced my stand alone toaster. it's so much faster to heat up and cook then our large oven. Generally with this oven you cook at lower temperatures (25 degrees or so) and for less time. Takes a little experimentation to get the temperature and times correct. It's a little noisy, and the exterior top gets very hot. Hope this oven lasts a while. We use it daily.

I love the ease of use.. I love the cooked foods I prepare. So good if you follow the instructions and recipes.
The tough part is keeping it clean.. I've been on the pages for air fryer, I've read every suggestion as to how to keep it clean. Like so many, we all can not keep it clean. Seems to be the consensus.. Almost virtually impossible to keep clean. When the Emeril 360XL that I have dies, I will not replace it. I will look for another product and do more research on ease of cleaning especially.. All that being said, I still love the way food comes out. And the steaks, I use a use a meat thermometer and cook it to 145% and they come out perfectly med rare every time. Pork chops, salmon, chicken, french fries all perfect every time.. Just can't keep it clean.. Sorry Emeril, your ability or refusal to help your customers with issues just won't allow me to buy another one..

I bought this with high hopes.
The instructions on how to use it we useless. I could never get it to make reasonable French fries from scratch. But rather than send it back within the 90 days I kept trying and trying it with no luck.
So I went past the 90 days.
It was very good as as toaster oven and for reheating fried foods and pizza.
Now here it is 16 months later and it is broken. The door won't stay closed. So I called them and their response, you should have bought the extended warranty.
So you you do buy it. Get the extended warranty.

I am now 74 years old and I did not find it easy to get down on the floor to light the gas fired broiler in my stove. This sits at counter height and allows me to broil without bending. However, it also does so much more that it has become my primary oven. Cakes, casseroles, and even simple toast all come out of this oven perfectly cooked. It is not a small oven but it fits nicely on my standard size counter. I was not familiar with "air frying" but this has that option too and so I am looking forward to learning how to use that function.

I’ve had this “air fryer” for two weeks. I’ve only air fried chicken to make hot wings twice. The first thing I noticed is that it takes much longer to air fry wings than it does to fry them so if you’re like me and just don’t want the odor of fried foods in your house this might be for you. If you just don’t want fried foods this might be for you. I had planned to use the rotisserie feature, but after seeing how much grease dripped onto the drip tray from wings, and how much smoke that caused (yes! Smoke!), I won’t put a whole chicken, or anything that will make a significant amount of grease in this cooker. The instructions say not for use outdoors, but if the weather is nice, use it outside. It makes too much smoke. It’s pretty noisy in the air fryer mode too. I’m not sure if they’re all noisy. If you’re looking for an air fryer, I don’t recommend this one. I got this because I wanted “eye candy” for my counter, and I liked the rotisserie feature, which I probably won’t use. It may be good as a toaster oven or broiler, but I’m gonna try and return it, or sell it used. By the way, I’m a great cook, and make restaurant quality meals at home so I know what good food, good kitchen gadgets, and ease of use is. This isn’t it. If you want shiny. Go for it. If you want an “air fryer” get a different product.

Only giving this a one star, as the item was received damaged (outside dented/caved in, inside of unit was concave). It functioned, but wasn't useable. The tray & rack would fall off the ledges, so we couldn't cook anything. The tray & rack are very lightweight. Not really impressed with this unit and expected better quality out of something backed by Emeril. Ultimately, we are going to buy a Breville, as it is better quality.

The size listed is incorrect. Listed as 23x17.5x13.5. The actual size is 19.25x13.25x10.5. About 3 inches smaller in all directions. The XL model for $259 is listed wrong also. I don,t know how well it works yet. I was too disappointed receiving something 3/4 the size as I was expecting. How many other things are incorrect about product.

I've only used this 3 times but so far it seems to be fine. I did chicken wings in the air fryer and they seemed to take a lot longer than the recipe said, but were good. I baked a cake in it that was OK, not great (learning curve). And then I did toast, which is a no brainer. I did order the Emeril Power AirFryer 360 cookbook and am waiting for it to arrive. I will be able to do a better review after I get it. I think it's just a learning curve so I'm not concerned about not being able to love it. Some of the reviews said it was a fire hazard because it gets hot. It's an oven, of course it gets hot...don't touch it and keep it away from the wall or anything that might melt or burn. I didn't find that to be an issue.

Do not buy this product. It doesn't work like it says it will. Also be careful when I put this in my car. It was sold and shipped by Amazon after purchasing it used a different seller and now I would have to pay over a third of the price of the unit to return it that's great. Do not buy this product

So far we are enjoying the air fryer function. We've been using it more to air fry fries. Depending on how you cut the potato and timing, the outcome is different but at least we know it is not oily fried. I actually like the soft tender of the fries than the crispy type of fries. We used it toast, bake, pizza, reheat, and warm features. There are alot of button features, unfortunately the manual doesn't go into details of each feature. Some buttons may not be as intuitive as you think. Another sad thing about this is that there is no clock on it.
Also with the air fryer, we used the basket to air fry some chicken drumsticks and wings marinated in sauce. Bad part is that the sauce drips down to the drip tray. The chicken is tender and juicy but it didn't air fry to crispy with the sauce on them.
With air fryer basket, it tastes work to clean by soaking it in soap and then cleaning with a scrub. I don't think they ever advertise how to clean this. Guess there is a sacrifice with anything.
We use this for some baking items and it heats pretty fast if you turn on the FAN (air fryer) button. For example, I cooked a potato ball that would normally take 20 mins in a conventional oven but with the fan feature on with the bake feature, it cooked a lot faster than that. So the heat in this oven is pretty strong.
Overall, it takes some trial and error with this air fryer oven. So far we are happy with it but have only used it for 2 weeks.

I am extremely disappointed in this product. It cooks the food fine, but leaks oil/grease all over my counter when I use it. It is completely defective and I really wish I could exchange it because it cooks the food well. It looks like I missed the return window.

Way too hard to program!! Used only 3 times and the DRIP TRAY left stains everywhere that would not clean. Did not like the idea that there is only ONE COOKBOOK available and it is $30.00 only because it is a HARD COVER!!!!! Returned it, DO NOT REC OMEND!!!!!!!!

I like the overall concept, air fryer in combination with convection oven and rotisserie. It’s easy to clean, but the right side of the oven remains a little stained despite my cleaning after every use. I wish there were better instructions for actually using it. Such as how many minutes to fry chicken or fish on what temperature. I had to use trial & error method since most food prep instructions are for regular frying method. The mini Emerill cookbook is nice, but a more general tips and tricks for everyday use by Emerill would be better. I have one very serious issue with the way the tray slips down & out. It will tilt & slide out of the oven & fall quickly rather than remaining stable in place when checking if meat is done. This is dangerous. My last convection oven was just a little smaller than this oven and I could slide out the tray and supporting grill without having it slip out and burn my hand. This should be fixed by the oven maker.

I have to clarify that my review is on the 360 plus, I’ve seen many under the plus that were for the 360. WE LOVE THIS THING! And we are super picky and do tons of cooking and are somewhat snobbish when it comes to food lol. I don’t mean that in an arrogant way just that we are both 38 and have spent thw last 12 years making cooking and food a wonderful hobby. The only reason i don’t give it 5 stars is because I can’t adjust the time for toasting. Which is strange and may be a glitch on mine as i can adjust the time for everything else preset. I’ve baked, roasted, rotissered, air fryed (even frozen broccoli! - it came out as if i had roasted fresh broccoli) dehydrated herbs and fruits. It’s really absolutely wonderful. A 5pb rotisserie chicken is done in 45/55 minutes and is DELICIOUS! Air fryering takes longer than a tradional oil fry so just adjust your expectations. Y’all we cook A LOT and this thing has been a win for us and we love it!

Do not buy this oven! Mine completely broke in less than 5 months & there is no warranty or exchange. The oven heated up so hot it almost caught fire, the cord was melting. Piece of crap!

I loved the fryer as far as the technology. Fries and tater tots were brown and crisp. But my fryer shelves were too short and with more than one chicken finger, the shelves would fall to the bottom of the oven. The black writing on the buttons rubbed off in just a couple of weeks, before I even had a chance to memorize the button functions. For those two reasons I had to CHOP YOU!! It cost me $60 to mail back and they have offered no assistance in fixing the shelving or buttons, they have not offered another fryer at no cost. I have called to speak to a representative with no help, she told me to contact amazon. I did send feedback to amazon but the they held tight on the $60 return shipping even though the product was defective.

I love my Emeril Air fry 360, my husband and I uses it 4-5 times a week. The chicken, pork chops and salmon are airfry exceptionally well. I have retired my Magnalite skillet. My only regret, I wish I would have purchased the 360 XL air fry. This air fry is the best appliance anyone could ever buy.

Expected better quality from an Emeril product. Bake pan is very flimsy. Toast does not toast evenly on both sides. Inside is NOT big enough to fit a frozen standard size pizza, or my pizza pan, even though it claims it does. My old toaster convection was bigger and deeper. A little complicated to use.

I was really skeptical about Emeril 360 having a NuWave that I liked gave up the ghost and tired of buying new domes I got the Emeril. I started slow with toast, does a fantastic job! Then baked a loaf of bread, Fantastic. French fries, chicken thighs were great. You have to get used to the cooking times, but you can pause and check then resume. Also have control over the times and temperatures. I was not impressed with the recipe book that came with it and wish they had put a cooking guide for meats and vegetables instead for me it would be more useful. Cleans up wonderful!

Total misrepresentation of size, claims to be 23 x 17.5 x 13.5 actual is 19 x 9 x 11 inches the shipping box was only 22" wide and it had 2" of Styrofoam around the inside. No cookbook. No instructions. No paperwork at all. only 4 heating elements and claims to have 5. The display is only viewable from above, not from the side or straight on. Did not use and returned same day only to find that you have to pay for return shipping!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This oven looks nice, but it can be dangerous. Have burned myself twice moving racks and basket in and out of hot oven. Grooves in which racks slide are too wide, making it way too easy to pull racks out of oven. So, because of the looseness, it's not possible to pull racks out part way to turn food. The rack position under the rotisserie is especially dangerous. The groove does not go all the way across, so rack really tips when you pull it out to turn food. Also, door opens downward, rather than to the side. It's much easier to clean a spill up off the countertop than the glass door. Also does not make good toast. Racks in wrong position to get even toasting. Worked nicely for baking au gratin potatoes. Have not tried rotisserie or slow cooking yet. This oven is a jack of all trades, master of none, unfortunately. Wish I hadn't given away my trusty old side-opening toaster oven. I am so happy with this product. The rotisserie is everything on this oven. I have a family of 10 and I rotisserie a couple of chickens every week. I've cheated and did chickens 5.5 lbs its recommended no more than a 5 lb but sometimes I can't find a 5 lb. chicken. It handles it like a champ. They come out so juicy and flavorful. I spray a just a little bit of olive oil on and it crisps up the skin great! Chicken Wings and sweet potato fries come out so good in the air fryer setting. Again spray a little olive oil on anything battered or that you want crispy crispy and the air fryer setting goes to town. The bake setting does a great job now its a convection oven so it bakes cooks faster then regular oven so keep in mind cut that baking time in half. I made did my Thanksgiving appetizers in this oven and everything turned out great. I debated on purchasing this walmart version or the version on Emeril's site. I decided on Walmarts version. Its still made by Emeril but its all digital and you don't receive a cook book. Reviews on Emeril's had complaints of the letters on the oven wiping off. You get all the trays and a few recipe cards. The oven does get hot and does smoke but that because the juices going on the drip tray while rotisserie is on. Its easy clean up and looks nice on the the countertop. The only setting I haven't used is the food dehydration setting so I can comment. If you're on the fence about this oven all I can say is that I love it!

Very disappointed with this product. I have not been happy with this since day one. The controls are a hazard as the littlest touch by accident and the machine turns on, always canceling this function. The only thing I have enjoyed is toast but that even took over six minutes.
Do not waste your money as this definitely DOES NOT REPLACE any other appliances, the only thing it does is take your money!

It cooks comparable to other air fryers. It doesn't seem to be special in that regard. This one, like most of them, do a good job. This one has two design flaws. The display needs to have a clock when it's turned off instead of just sitting there with a big "OFF" showing all the time. If they can put a clock on $40 microwaves they should be able to put a clock on something this pricey. If the cavity was one inch wider it would hold a regular cake pan. It is impossible to bake a sheet cake in this. If not for those two design weaknesses I would rate this a 5.

It does what it says it will do, replace a full size air fryer (with much bigger area), replace a toaster oven and kinda replace the rotisserie. The drawbacks; it’s much smaller inside than in looks in pictures, and the electronic controls are confusing. You’d be hard pressed to cook a chicken in the rotisserie due to the small interior size. Also, the exterior metal gets VERY hot. We bought it for $199, looks like the price is lower at about $160 now. Not bad, but I wish we would have looked first at Wolfgang Puck’s version.

Horrible. Was so excited to get this. Airfryer takes same time an actual oven does. Chicken takes 30 to 40 min. I have not tried the fruit yet with drying it out. My son had one from sams he paid 99 and that worked better. This is now way cheaper at Walmart too and the tray looks horrible. The finish looks foggy. I clean my ovens asap. Worst oven to buy. Don't do it! The pause button don't work.

Once I got it I was so excited to use it right away so I went to the market and got a whole chicken for a rotisserie dinner. I followed every direction, and put the chicken inside and was really disappointed that the darn oven smoked so much. I had to take the oven in the garage to finish cooking. The book said 375 on rotisserie setting. It smoked less at 350. Overall i am disappointed and can even give it away. Nobody will take it.

As you can see the drip pan cannot be cleaned properly. When scrubbed it looses it's finish. Also, the letters and numbers on knobs are fading. This product it's pretty new and should not look like this after such a short time of use. It is only my husband and I, so it's not like it's getting overused.

If you have formica countertops, or have overhanging cabinets in your kitchen do not buy this oven. It does not say that up front, but after reading the operating manual thats what I discovered. I would say most kitchens will run into the same catergory as me. The oven is much smaller in person than what is portrayed in add.

We had another air fryer, the best known one, and we had problems with it after a few months of use and then it quit after a year. We replaced it with this and it is wonderful and does a much better job with the food even tasting much better and more like fried than the other unit.

This is just fine as a counter-top oven, broiler or toaster. But it certainly is not an air fryer.
Good quality. Noisy in use, but cooks well.
Top gets very hot! Can burn. We put food in a glass dish on top of it, to keep food hot.
Controls are easy to use, but labels on front are hard to read.
Inside light is handy, but it only stays on for about 30 seconds. I would prefer either a much longer time-out, or for it to stay on until I turn it off.

I like that it uses less electricity and produces less heat than a regular oven. I have successfully used most of the modes!
I dislike that the "pizza rack" slides out so easily that it lets food & rack fall out before you can grab it.
I dislike 2 prong rotisserie and lack of instructions as to how to truss a chicken and secure it in order to use rotisserie mode.

I returned it after one use. I made roasted potatoes and it made a mess compared to my regular, self-contained air fryer. The quality of the metal and rotisserie was poor. When I looked at the recipe book I noticed nothing contained marinades; and looking at the design of the unit I assumed if I marinated a meat it would just make a mess.

I was very disappointed with the airfry option. Did not brown and took almost as long as my convection oven. I have two other airfryers a GoWise that is a few years old and a small analog Cuisinart. Both airfry much better and faster than this one. I purchased an expensive space occupying toaster is the way I feel about it right now. Although it took me a little while to adjust my recipe cooking times, I have to say everything has come out perfect. I've used everything but the slow cooking feature and broiler since I have a smokeless power grill and like to use it. Baking has been perfect. Less time than regular oven. Reheating is good too. (I got rid of my microwave.) I can't believe how easy oven is to clean!!! Even with the rotisserie there is no splatter. The air fried chicken is wonderful. I recommend it but would remind people to watch the temperature and times when first using it. There is a learning curve to that. The controls are easier than any counter top oven I've ever had.

I saw an informercial for this on TV and wanted to at least try it. It has so many settings from pizza & baking to air fry & rotisserie . It's a keeper & will replace a bunch of other small appliances in my kitchen, it also slow cooks! And while it's hot this summer it'll double as my oven, as I don't want to heat up my kitchen. This is a great appliance however the crumb tray is inside the bottom of the oven and crumbs remain on the sides of the oven. It would have been so much better to put the crumb tray underneath the oven to catch everything. Kitchen Aid toaster oven has this feature and it works better catching crumbs. Otherwise live this fryer, lots of features and everything I’ve made tastes great.

I was skeptical when purchasing this but figured I had 90 days to try it so why not… After cooking chicken, fish, ribs and several other things in it it exceeded my expectations! My only complaint is that they don't go into enough detail in the instructions as to how long to cook frozen food (chicken nuggets, tater tots etc.) and also baked potatoes. Other than that I love it! I just wish Emeril would've come with it to cook for me. :-)

Versatile, easy to use, all-in-one oven appliance. Have tried the air fryer, toaster, bake, and broil settings. Still need to try the dehydrator, slow cook and rotisserie functions. Recommend covering the drip pan with foil for easy cleaning as the air frying will definitely cause oil drippings. Wish the pre-heat had a count down so you know how long it will take. First order was missing the rotisserie and I had to return the entire order and re-order to receive it. Return and credit process worked well though.

I bought this because Emeril's name was associated with it. I was very disappointed. Of course I am not a world renowned chef but found that this was only a very expensive toaster. Air frying vegetables did not produce anything better than what I can do in my oven. I'm not sure how one would get a 10-12 lb turkey in there. The rotisserie was an nice feature but two chicken breasts almost took up the circulation space. I returned it, even though I was offered up to $60 if I wanted to keep it and gift it to a friend. Sorry, I wouldn't do that to a friend. My advice, steer clear of this.

The oven is wonderful!!! Rotisserie feature a PURE BONUS!!! The only downside is lining up the forks on the spit to tighten, but once you get the hang of it, it truly is fabulous!! They are out of the accessories (i.e spit stand, extra air fry tray etc) but I will get those when available. You will NOT be disappointed with this purchase! The image is a 6lb turkey breast, had to truss it really well and break some bones to make it fit but it was amazing!

Great concept, but a total fail.
I only tried airfrying chicken wings with it. Max temp 344 on the drip pan directly above the heating element. Air temperature much less. At the end of the 18 minute cycle there was no crispness of the skin and the internal temperature was 132-136 depending the piece.
I was so sure Emeril wouldn't pedal junk, that I didn't keep the packaging or I would return it. My bad.

If I could rate less than 1 star I would. We bought this because of the great reviews and the supposed multifunctionality of the unit. We started the return process the day we received it. My microwave "air fries" food better than this unit and I can bake faster in my regular oven. After 2 rounds of over 30 minutes cook time, fresh salmon was still raw in spots. Shrimp were soggy and limp, microwaving is more appealing. We love our Cosori fryer which is half the price of this unit. If you are looking for rotisserie and countertop baking, MAYBE this unit is for you. But if you are looking for an air fryer, look elsewhere now!

I bought the Emeril 360 because of his reputation I was expecting a superior product. The rotisserie was also a deciding factor. The equipment itself is cheaply made. The air dry function does not work in less time in fact I've had to use extra time than the instructions. As for the rotisserie it should not be included with this product. I barely fit an under 4# chicken, after fighting with the spit itself. The design of the spit is absolutely incredibly absurd. After the first chicken I am ready to throw the whole thing out. A complete waste of money and time. I am appalled Emeril pit his name on this product.

Once again here is a rotisserie that looks much larger than it is. I have gone nuts trying to find a really good indoor rotisserie. It seems like they are all CRAP. Why do they insist on showing what looks like a giant chicken rotissing on the spit. If you look at the fine print most can’t accommodate any larger than a sparrow!

I’m sure this is a great product but for someone who has not cooked much in the past it really doesn’t give very good instructions on how to cook everyday foods. A little disappointed with the directions.

I put a cup of coffee in it and the cup got very hot, but the coffee was cold. Perhaps I did not do something right, I don't know. I have not had the unit long enough to really judge all of its functions. I have so far, broiled a hamburger and it came out juicy and good. I grilled cheese sandwich, good, cooked chicken thighs & legs, good. I roasted a pork roast, it came out juicy and tasty, and toasted bagels in it! So far, the coffee cup was the only problem I had. Will need more time cooking with it. Happy Cooking!

Getting used to how fast it cooks. So far we like it, because it does cook food fast and without oil. We have done several types of fish, potatoes, and biscuits and like the results. have to be careful of how fast it cooks so the food is not overcooked. With more use I know it will become easier not to overcook the food.
Cleaning it has been very easy. The booklet could be a more informative about the cooking times for the beginner.
My wife and I am 75 years old and have cooked for some time and we caught on pretty easy but for younger people not having much cooking experience it might be harder to master the fast time it takes to cook. A more detailed explanation of the time would be helpful.

Absolutely LOVE this AirFryer 360! Came just in time to cook corned beef for Saint Patrick’s day. It came out tender and full of flavor. Easy to clean, quiet, compact and beautiful stainless steel!

This is not good for air frying. Takes twice as long as my smaller air fryer for the same amount of food. I could’ve got an off brand at Walmart for $80 instead of the over $200 I spent on this one, but my boyfriend insisted on this because he loves Emeril. And he’s the only reason I won’t return it. It’s an over priced toaster oven. The outside gets so hot that it melted a sippy cup sitting over a foot away on the counter. It won’t be used during the summer at all because of that. The rotisserie will not hold a 4 pound chicken, and when it spins the chicken goes smoothly for a half turn then falls the other half. It is super easy to clean. Is good for toasting and baking if you don’t mind the outside being as hot as the inside. Wouldn’t recommend, waste of money.

I love this oven air fryer. I can cook my whole meal at the same time. I've baked muffins and a cake in it and they came out great. The only thing I would change is that it gets so hot on the outside.

This oven has been functioning well for everything except the rotisserie. We have yet been able to use it successfully. It is difficult to use but we will keep trying. I do have to use my glasses to see the function pad. My husband who is color blind is unable to use this. The air fryer, toaster, oven, and broiler functions have all worked well. The cookbook is nice but instructions for every day use would be more helpful.

Made panko fried shrimp and baked bread so far. Awesome results. It's a convection oven on steroids.

UPDATE: Frying was a bit of a disappointment. The drip tray is shallow and difficult to take out with the fat. The food doesn't crisp up as well as our Phillip's fryer. You have to put it under the broiler for a few minutes. I was hoping this would replace my toaster oven and fryer but I will end up buying another Phillip's fryer.
