I was choosing between instant pot and Emeril Lagasse Pressure Air Fryer. And after research and watching many video picked Lagasse's one. And happy I did! Best pressure cooker! So Easy to cook, safe (detachable cord), recipes are very easy to follow and it looks great! Will definitely recommend this great product to everyone who loves to cook and eat a healthy not greasy food.

I got a lemon as rice was dry an sticky , less than 1 minute and cooker was making steam that's hot for a rice setting , , so tried to make a slow cook dish , but first had to sauté onions an peppers , the oil got so hot so fast spatter burnt the back of my fingers and hand . something is off on temp. controls ,too bad as others had great reviews . but printed a return request , returned to store for credit .

So far so good. Took it on an inaugural run with some chili (dry beans) and we were eating is 40 minutes. Testing out the air fryer lid with some wings this weekend. Would have to say that having multiple lids is a bit annoying but depending on use, the other lid will live under the counter. We don't have an oven, so this should be great!

I have used used pressure cookers for a long time. Stove top ones also.
This on is one of the easiest I have used.
I cook pasta and noodles on the rice setting.Works great. Like the 2 lids The air fryer lid is heavy.

I did not purchase this on a whim. I did lots of research on the different pots, wanted one that would do more than just one thing so that I could get rid of some other appliances, so I can compile them into one. I finally decided to get this one and with Emeril‘s name on it I figured it's got to be good. Well I used the frier only once.
I made eggplant lasagna in it one time. Went back to air fry my next meal and it won't work went to the manual tried again still nothing tried it again tried it again and trying again still nothing I'm taking it back to the store!.

I love my new fryer/pressure cooker! Two lids are convenient to use and I haven't had a bad meal! Also, clean up is a breeze which I can't say about my other air fryer.

I was a little overwhelmed with it at first, it's very heavy. I have been using it so far to roast chicken and after learning to adjust air fry time and temperature, I am getting great results in 45 minutes.

As a long-time fan of Emeril, I was super excited when I heard that he released a line of cooking appliances! I love the volume of this product and the dual functionality. One lid can be used for pressure cooking, and the other for air frying. The versatility of this pot will be very handy for all of my holiday meals this season :)
