Does exactly what it's supposed to. Very quick and efficient. I have a great Samsung refrigerator but the ice maker is a piece of junk. Summertime means more ice and we needed something to keep up with our demands. This ice maker is great!!

The item I received was wired wrong, the small cube selection is actually the large and the large cube selection is actually the small, also by the time the ice cube basket gets full and it's ready to go to the freezer, some of it has already melted and clumps together after you put it in the freezer. I knew that this unit was not made to store the ice, but I did not know that the ice would melt as fast as it does.

This little machine is a work horse. I left it set 24 hours before plugging it in, just to be safe. I plugged it in, added water and made ice nonstop for 12 hours. At first you think how it's this thing going to make 20lbs a day. But it just keeps going and dumps a load of 10 ice cubes about every 8-9 minutes. I would let it make 2 batches and then transfer the ice to a gallon ziplock bag and place in freezer. This is a great machine to have if you use a lot of ice. Once you have a few pounds made, it will make ice faster than you can use it.

This is a game changer. My favorite appliance in the house. If you are thinking about getting an ice maker.. DO IT! this one is awesome, haven't had any problems with it. Totally worth it.

I have not had any issues with this ice maker. Definitely happy. Very quiet, fits on any counter.

It does not keep the ice cold you have to refill it every time it goes through the 2 cups of water he gets water in the bottom and then the ice sticks together by the time you get it in the freezer it's just ridiculous now it's a machine kept it cold ice cold to keep the ice in there cold then it would be a big difference maybe you need to remake your product and make it get cold

no super happy with it - the full sensor is poorly located to prevent basket from filling. it makes ice. i wouldn't buy again
