Not happy with the grill it does smoke if you keep it on low it's okay but you turn it up it smoke like crazy the top cleans off nice but you turn it over hard to clean drip tray is easy to clean.

So far so good:)made eggs in a basket on griddle for my first initial use was happy the eggs didn't stick and I didn't use any oil or cooking spray also my pancakes came out great..now the grill part worked OK for a burger but the cleaning is a pain because you have nooks and cranny's to get into but I am Happy with my purchase.

We love to grill...usually outside. But when the weather gets bad this a great option. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and quick cooking with this grill was. The grill area heated quickly and was ready to go. There was no smoke at all with sausages and hot dogs and very little with greasy burgers, more steam than anything. The grill surface is non-stick and easy to clean and it comes apart nicely to make cleaning a breeze. It is fairly compact which makes it easy to store in a cabinet. I got this indoor smokeless grill a few weeks back and I am loving it so far! It is great for me grilling many different foods, considering I have never learned to use an outdoor one. It is very easy to use, very easy to clean, and it's very easy to store because it is not bulky. I like the fact that it breaks down into 3 different pieces. I followed the directions and placed the water in the drip pan part and didn't have any smoking at all. No sticking on the grill surface and it cooked evenly. This is a great alternative to your traditional outdoor grill. It heats quickly, has minimal splatter, and heats evenly. Cleanup is fairly easy and there was little smoke besides the burnt bits. I was very excited to receive the indoor grille. I have wanted a grill for so long. The first night we make burgers and hot dogs. It heated evenly and quickly. It was really easy to use. The food cooked very quick. There was no smoke or bad odor. Clean up was very easy too. It all comes apart for cleaning. Can't wait to try all kinds of food on it. The Gotham Steel Smokeless Grill is nice to have for indoor grilling. The surface is copper non-stick, but I did a light cooking olive oil spray for my 1st use. The grill comes with a metal base pan that sits inside a frame and the grill plate that sits on top of the pan so the entire cooking surface is over the drip pan which was nice. The grill surface is a grate like you would fins on a typical grill, but electric so it gives the true grill feel to your food. The cooking surface was a little smaller than I expected. It did fit 6 burgers, but there was not any room to spare. There is minimal smoke while cooking, but that is expected no matter how you cook burgers I guess. I was not thrilled that the grill plate can not be submerged in water, but the drip pan and base can. Overall a nice kitchen tool that will get plenty of use. I love my new kitchen gadget. The first meal I prepared was a steak and that was one of the better steaks that I have prepared ever. It was quick and the clean up was easy. Got my Gotham Grill and Griddle combo , like the Grill I used it to grill the Great Value chicken breasts with a large fry pan lid over the grill for a better smoke flavor and maintain some of the moister , I use the Griddle mostly to make sausage patties , egg , and cheese . After flipping the Sausage I put the English Muffins in the toaster and start the eggs on the other side of the griddle in the sausage grease , by the time the toaster pops up the eggs are flipped . I take the muffins put the sausage on and a slice of cheddar cheese on it and then the egg , top with the other half of the muffin and breakfast is ready , with a cup of Great Value K-cup Donut shop coffee of course . Yeah , I love my Gotham in door Grill and Griddle .
