I used this to make coffee every morning for a week for 35-40 people. I found it very easy to use and many people commented on how good the coffee was. People were confused at first that you pushed the lever rather than having a lever on the top of the spigot but they adapted quickly. This coffee urn is great if you are having a large gathering. It brewed 45 cups in just over 45 minutes and the coffee tasted great. I loved how easy it was to setup and use. I loved the sturdy base and twist-lock top and large handles, which made it easier for carrying to the table.The cup-activated dispenser was so easy to use, allowing one-hand usage. This Urn is ideal for entertaining, whether a weekend brunch or dinner party! It has a very classic look (clean & sturdy). It was simple to use...performed well. It holds more water than visible by appearance. Heat resistant, but I would NOT recommend moving it while in use, unless absolutely necessary. Using this coffee pot for a brunch, I found it easy to carry from cooking area to serving area. Because the pot had to be moved, the indicator light for when the coffee was done was helpful.
