This product gets extremely hot on the outside. Owned another that lasted 5 years and it never got this hot on the outside. I will also never purchase anything third party. Was gonna cost me $23 to return something I don't care for. Not happy.

Convection feature didn't work. Can't replace because your store is out of them.. I'm not happy right now.

We have had two of this type of oven in the past with the rotisserie function included. Used the rotisserie once. So when we went to replace the old oven we found this model without the rotisserie. HALF the price but all the same functions. I wish there was a light in these ovens.

Made my cakes quickly baked and look beautifully. Though a little bit noisy while convection is on, I like how it cooks fast!

Great product, very roomy, enough for 2 baking projects at one time. Has even top and bottom heating and browning. Convection feature cuts down on cooking time, remember to lower oven temps if using convection. I didn't give 5 stars because it's time consuming to make toast, it's quicker if you use a regular toaster. Also, a preheat feature would have been nice. Overall, a good value for the price. Energy saving due to it's size so you don't need to use your regular oven for smaller baking tasks.

There is just my wife and I so it's the perfect size for us. Our granddaughter and grandson visit us weekly. I'm able to cook just about everything in it that I cooked in a regular oven. It doesn't heat up the kitchen as much. I really like it. My cast iron cornbread skillet fits perfectly in it.

cooked frozen pizza, chicken, baked zucchini and cake worked great. Just remember to go from top to bottom rack half way between cooking times to get a even cooking and browning.

I didn't have an oven and microwaved everything. Some things you just can't cook in a microwave and have them turn out right. I bought this one to cook quiche. It cooks my quiche perfectly. I can walk away from it and the timer goes off when it's done. It sets on my counter and I still have plenty of space. I haven't tried to cook anything else in it yet, but I love it. <3

I received my toaster oven a week ago and really like it. It certainly keeps my kitchen cooler. I made baked chicken in it and also cooked a pizza. Works great and easy to clean.

We just received our oven today, and I tell you we love it. :))) The temperature is right on target and it gets hot. This oven needs some space of its own because it is large. Our Oster microwave oven went out on us last month after two years of use, and we were very disappointed. So, my husband and I decided not to purchase another microwave oven because of the radiation, and to give this oven a try, and I tell you we made an excellent choice of purchase, and at a good price too! This oven will also save us sometime from using our stove oven which heats up the entire house and you can't tell whether the air conditions are on or not. So, this convection oven is a heat saver. I have no complaints on this one. However, our purchase came with two (2) baking racks, a drip pan, but no rotisserie rod. According to the manual, these rods are included on selected models only, but you can always order the part if you need one. Again, we are happy with our purchase! :))))
