Very nice Stainless Steel/Black finish. Working great! It was a gift to family moving into a condo, with no water lines allowed to Refrigerators or Icemakers. They fill it with favorite high end bottled Water. Crystal clear cubes. They Love it!!

Very disappointed mine came i let it sit 4 hrs then tryed toget it working still 3 days later not working my daughter came over and tryed its damaged does not make ice

Yes, it needs a way of dropping the ice without it getting hung up and then fall into the water below. Also, it should not spill so much water when you are getting ice out. The tray needs a place to sit when you get ice out without coming all the way out of the machine.

This is not an ice maker that keeps the ice frozen. Once the ice dumps it starts melting. It may be ok for a couple are are sitting around having cocktails. Don't expect to store 33 pounds of ice in 24 hours.

I love that I can now make clear ice in my own home. Makes cocktails look so much better and not water down as fast. And it's actually fun to watch the way this unit makes the ice! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
