I purchased a Carafe and had a problem of it being recognized by my coffee maker. After them sending me another one it still had a problem. They sent me some Carafe pods and that fixed the problem. I thought I could just make hot water in it but you cannot. It only will make coffee using the pods.

It is a nice pot but it doesn't keep the beverage hot for long. Needs to be a little better insulated

This is not a good pot it doesn't keep your coffee warm at all. It's best to buy the insulated one instead well worth the money.

I wish I would have invested more money bought the stainless steal carafe. This one does the trick but doesn't keep coffee warm past an hour.

The item was a gift. I have this carafe myself, and it is just the right size for when I have an extra person over at the house. I love that it keeps the coffee warm until I can get to it. I like that I can get about two 10 oz cups of coffe out of it. It is sturdy and strong, and easy to clean. I love my Keurig products and accessories.
