We have this hand immersion blender and we love it! Not only is it simple to use, and easier to clean, it is also more convenient than using our blender for smaller jobs. I would love to give it 5 stars, because it really is that good but the wisk part of it will just not stay on. Since day one the wisk will not stay attached, it does not tighten in place so it is wobbly and eventually flies away. Disappointing to say the least, but the other aspects of it work very well.

I bought this mainly to make make home made salad dressing , making salsa etc. it works great for the price point, however, it has been difficult to attach and remove the attachments. I was able to fix this by putting a rubber band to have that grip. Kitchen aid, please consider this upgrade on your next products. Thanks!

I received this as a wedding gift and was very excited to finally use it. I used the chopper attachment, i was making salsa. Well the lid is stuck and wont come off no matter how much both me and my husband have tried. Its suctioned in place. i've watched videos and it seems like it should just pop off. But thats not the case for me. Im very dissapointed.

I have a problem with the mini chopper. Has water inside and I can't remove the water. Is disgusting. If I shake out the lid, I can hear the water there.
