Our Kitchener Pro Commercial Deli, Meat, Cheese & Bread Slicer is built of premium coated steel & die-cast aluminum, safe grade food plastic & stainless steel carriage surface (protects from rust). This slicer is a belt driven Electric powered 120VAC 150 Watt Current (200 Watt Max) 60Hz motor, including a: 9" (229mm) Ham/Salami Blade, Adjustable Thickness Control Knob capable of slicing a wide variety of foods from delicious deli thin to 5/8" carving board style thick meats.

Slicing your salamis, meats, cheeses, breads & vegetables, has never been quicker & easier w/ a powerful & reliable slicer. Our slicer has a robust compact design for easy storage & transportation. The Food Pusher teeth give greater safety & control w/ the ability to remove the blade & equip different blades for precision, giving the perfect performance needed. Kitchener offers a 9": Bread & Universal Serrated Blade (for tough meats), so that you can slice just like a deli.

We recommend to always use eye & hand protection & hair nets if desired when operating our slicer. We included 4 Suction Cup feet to keep the slicer sturdy & in place while in use. This slicer is not dishwasher safe nor are the blades. Our easy clean design allows for the blade, food pusher/deflector, thickness guide plate & stainless steel carriage w/finger protection & end-piece holder, all easily remove for cleaning (recommended by hand). *Note: Never slice frozen items.

Walk's through beef and chicken very little trouble but cant cut the cheese. Cuts all veg's as fast as you can move the sliding arm. Item description says 150 watt but unit actually has a 200 watt motor. The plastic part the pushes the food toward the blade after each cut has points that are suppose to hold the food in place for next cut but the spinning of the blade pulls the food right out of the sliding arm. Poss the push points are not sharp enough. Over all you wont find a 9in blade with a 200 watt motor for less money... believe me. If you do want to cut cheese just cut the brick in half first.

All these style slicers require about 15 minutes to properly clean when done. Just accept that then coordinate and bundle all your cutting jobs to 1 event. Very sturdy structure. Like a white hot knife through soft butter.

When you slice meat or Cheese, the one thing that stands out is that your sliced item just falls behind the machine. Would have been nice to have a detachable shelf or tray to catch your sliced item on.

I love the larger blade on this. Only used is a couple of times and had excellent cuts on cheeses and tomatoes. The rubber on the bottom doesn't hold that well for me, but I just have it placed so it won't slide. I didn't find any instructions for taking it apart for a real deep cleaning, but it wipes off real well. So I haven't taken off the blade. It's a large, but not too heavy piece for moving and storage.

Work Great Slices Cheeses, Meat, Tomatoes, Onions ... I am very please with the slice. I was happy and surprise had a stronger 200 watt motor. Worth the price.
