The air fryer, microwave and convection oven are easy to use, but keep your manual near. The instructions can be challenging. The attachments were easy to use and clean. I love that I can air fry and set timer to turn off the oven cooking food perfectly! The oven came with convenient brief, removable instructions that I use daily.

Have had this for a year. 700 watts was always weak, now it is clearly losing power and needs to be replaced.
My prior small Magic Chef microwave was 900 watts and worked well for more than 10 years.

We needed a microwave that would fit on our back counter and this was the perfect size, it offered power but in a compact unit. We love how it runs and cooks, best investment we did!

I bought this about a year ago for my office and we have been using it 1-4 times a day, or more, M-F.
Some people complain that it does not work well since they have to heat their food twice, but they probably have a more powerful microwave at home. For 700W, this microwave heats as I expected it to.
The biggest problem is that there is so much moisture inside. I understand that food being heated often causes steam to build up, but we have never had so much so often in any of our previous microwaves. Either there is a problem, or we have been spoiled by better units.

Quit working the second day we used it. Had to return, got a refund, then bought a bigger one.
