It's easy to use, easy to see buttons. There's a couple negatives, there's no light until it's in use, but my old one was like that so it's no biggy to me. And the glass door is foggy looking so you can't clearly see what you are cooking. But the light is brighter than the Hamilton Beach one I'm returning. I wondered if the foggy glass door was a defect or it's just the way it is. The price was higher than the Hamilton Beach, I was surprised because it has less features. I like how easy it is to push a time you want to cook things, it's simple, takes up less room. I don't need complicated and a dark, hard to see microwave like the one returning. Also, it doesn't keep annoying me by beeping over and over until I push a button, like the other one did.

The turntable was shattered when I received it. There fore I was afraid to try the microwave out. Returning it and hopefully get the same in replacement

I like the microwave and that it was shipped fast, but the glass door on the front of it was loose and it shakes when in use.

very good microwave - I have very little counter space in my kitchen and was delighted the oven fit well into its designated space. ! The brand name is very familiar to me and I needed to stay in the price range offered.
Would definitely recommend this to others looking for a non-gigantic size microwave!

We bought this microwave oven in December 2019 due to our old microwave dying. It looks nice and it does a nice job of heating food. It is level and does not make that much noise. It is a good buy for the money.

I have a frustration. The oven seems good. I got an email when I ordered it. I did not get an email telling me that it was there. I finally checked on it after a week and found that it had been ready
