This nespresso machine was insanely disappointing. My roommate and I were so excited for this to come and since we were investing a lot of money, we were expecting to be able to make some good quality lattes and be able to skip buying coffee out for once! Well we sure were wrong. First of all, the pods barely even fit into this machine. It?s like the machine does not latch on making it super tricky to fit the pod in the perfect place. It?s really annoying to even have to worry about something like this. We should be able to have coffee in 5 seconds, but no, instead, the pods are crushed because the design of this machine is so poor, that we end up wasting coffee. We were then hoping that maybe the reusable pods would be better. Short answer: no. The reusable pods barely let any water through the machine and it would just steam up. It was like the machine doesn?t have enough power to run water through and create a full coffee. The milk frother is great, but the machine is sooo disappointing. I will definitely be returning. If only Walmart would let us keep the frother for the trouble, especially during the quarantine. I wasn?t expecting having to return and $160 machine during this lock down simply because it doesn?t work. Don?t waste your time or money people!

If you want to drink espresso at home, this is all you need. A couple notes, the machine is very simple but can be a little confusing at first. The machine needs to heat up, if you press a button before its warmed up, nothing will happen, but the selection will start as soon as the machine is warm, whether you have put a pod in or not. So don't press a button until you're good and ready. The lever to close the machine can be hard to pull especially with non Nespresso brand pods, but if you close it with confidence, it will go. Finally,the Aeroccino machine is pure magic.
