NuWave (27001) Nutri-Master FSlow Masticating Juicer Reviews

I am extremely disappointed in this juicer, when I first got it I took everything out to examine it and clean everything before I used it. While examining the fine grate Strainer I noticed I small symmetrical crack that looked like I was suppose to be there, but later on I found out it was not it was indeed a crack due to manufacturing error. The first 3 days of use my husband and I were in love with this thing but after the 3rd day we were getting a lot of pulp in our juice so I pulled everything apart to reclean and figure out what was going on. I noticed the symmetrical crack I thought was suppose to be there was pushing out away from the strainer with veggie bits stuck underneath it that we couldn't get out. So I called to have it replaced, which they sent one out 3-4 days later. When I received the second one I pulled everything out and sure enough that same crack was in the plastic cupping but this one was more noticeable and more slanted then the first one. When I called back again they stated they will not resend another one they can only return my money which takes 3 weeks to receive. I feel like if they replaced the cheap plastic around the mesh strainer with something more sturdier this would be an absolute excellent juicer.

Very nice slow speed vertical auger juicer. Extracted pulp very dry. Juice is pretty pulp-free. Easy to clean. I use it daily.
