I opened the box and was using it within 5 minutes. It worked perfectly and in about 10 minutes I had 30 hotdogs browned and ready to serve. I cooked 300 hotdogs in less than an hour for a back to school event for families. This will be used often at school and I plan to purchase a smaller version for home use.

Ordered roller on Feb. 11. Was told it would be delivered om the 24th. then the 25th then March the 6th. Received machine on the 28th of February. Machine was not in good shape . One side was bent in towards the middle. One roller doesn't move and some other rollers bind up from time to time. This is the second time I sent a review about this product. Will I get a response this time or is this just another waste of my time?
