Big mistake! Do not purchase. This carafe is just a bit smaller in diameter, which means that the filter and lid do not fit. Moreover, it comes with a warning that this item contains materials that are considered toxic in the state of California.

A perfect fit for my bodum French press.

Fast delivery. Fit in the frame well. But you need to adjust the frame a bit to tight it up.

Didn't fit my French press. It is the correct volume, but too narrow to fit the screen properly.

The carafe is taller than original equipment so if you depress the plunger down it closes off the spout with the lid and you can't pour coffee out of the pot. They are slightly narrower the the original so it is difficult getting the plunger or press into the carafe, I am certain it will result in busting the side out one of these days.

It's not the original Bodum carafe, but it looks like a good quality replacement. No issues so far.

This product fits perfectly and I'm very happy with it.

Nice carafe, came well-packaged. Important to note: I bought this based on their measurements, and not on their claim that it is an 8-cup carafe. It holds 32-34 oz, which translates to 4 eight-ounce cups.
