Purchased this toaster to replace a white slide thru that was slowly dying. My hope was shattered when it wouldn't toast an English muffin. It warmed it but no toasting. I've adjusted the heat control up and hopefully will find a setting that I get toasted not warm.

Great toaster. Small pieces of bread or bagels can be toasted without worrying about reaching in to get them out. Lots of settings for different toast levels for each family member.

Love this product. Doesn't take up a lot of counter space. Toasts quickly and perfectly every time. My granddaughter loves to watch it work.
