Packed well, but face plate has scuff marks that I cannot remove. Makes me worry about quality control, if someone let these marks pass inspection.

This was purchased from another vendor but leaving a review here since there isn't one. I'll start by saying that this is a very attractive blender. It looked really good sitting in my kitchen. The functionality of the controls are very nice also. It doesn't power up until the lid is in place and engages the safety mechanism, then it powers on and allows you to select the mode that you want. That's where the plusses end. I wanted this blender to be awesome. Over two days it was used to blend 3 things. The first was when my wife used it to blend some ice cream into milk shakes which came out good. The second use was a green fruit smoothie. The ingredients were almond milk, spinach, various types of lettuce, frozen strawberries, frozen mango chunks, and frozen blueberries. Started off ok then got caught up on a piece of mango. The motor was spinning but the blade wasn't. I had to stop and move stuff around about 6 times before I was able to finish. The finished product was good, but it was annoying that the blade would bind up so much. The third thing was homemade hummus consisting of canned chickpeas, water, oil lemon juice and some seasoning. I had constant issues with the blades not spinning and wound up putting it in my cheap little ninja blender thing to finish it. Seems like once the coupling that connects the motor to the attachment part starts to slip it just gets worse and worse. We returned it. I wanted to try another one but my wife was over it, she wanted something different.

I'm extremely impressed with this blender. Superior design, quality build and excellent value. Absolutely the best blender I have ever owned! Next week the toaster arrives!

This blender hangs with the best of the category. I purchased it for a second blender but it has quickly become the blender I grab first. The winglet blade has a special serrated edge and piranha teeth to puree anything. There are 6 programmed settings including a cleaning program. Although there is no soup program I make soup all the time in it - just put all the ingredients, raw, in the canister and run it for 5 min at level 12. I actually run it for 3 additional min to make it extra hot. Its is lower priced that all of the high end competitors and does a fantastic job.

Discovering this powerful blender lives up to the Zwilling brand in both design and performance. The motor base is both sleek and secure with easy dial controls. Durable pitcher and cap have convenient measurements. Impressive how the preset programs power through ice, frozen fruit, and stalky greens for my daily smoothie. Variable speeds have turned out delicious purees in the form of creamy soups, sauces, hummus, and nut butters. Can't wait to trying additional recipes found on the Zwilling Culinary World app.

This is my first "power" blender; I didn't know what I was missing. I've had many blenders in the past that couldn't make a good margarita, but this can accomplish that in seconds and so much more. It is so incredibly powerful that it pulverizes any fruit and vegetables in a matter of seconds. It has several presets that includes smoothies (I use that one daily), ice cream and frozen beverage. But one of my favorite foods to make is soup. There isn't a setting, I simply add a bunch of fresh vegetables, herbs (no need to chop them up, the amazing blade does that for you) and some juice and set to 10 for about 6 minutes. Piping hot soup; it's incredible! The design is perfect for a modern kitchen; all the lights go off when it's turned off; all you see is the knob. It's pretty compact in that it fits under my kitchen cabinets; it's not bulky at all. The clean up is pretty sweet too; run water and a drop of soap on the clean setting and it's perfect in 45 seconds. The base wipes clean easily as well.

I was looking for a new blender a few months ago and happening into a well known kitchen store. That day they had decided to put out 6 blenders from different manufacturers side by side filled with colored water so you could test all of the speeds and hear how the machine sounded. The Zwilling sounded like a high performance sports car. Low and throaty not high and whiney like most of the other blenders. The sound got my attention first but then going through the speeds and presets I really was able to get a feel for how great this power blender is. The presets cover most of what I need a blender to do and the speeds are true speeds with gradual increases from 1 on up. I discovered it will make a hot soup if it's runs for 6-8 minutes. I really like the fact that the blender will not start or run if the lid is not fully engaged. I don't want to admit how many times we have had a blow up in our kitchen due to poor lid management. All and all I am super happy with the quality and performance of this blender and it's at a great price with a 5 Year warranty to boot!

It takes one super blade to do the work while other blenders have two. Makes it a lot easier to get every last drop out of the blender. I have made a super rich, silky and smooth chocolate mousse in this machine and it was impressive. No cream needed! The setting options are a good place to start and the manual is useful for finishing . the wave design of the blender bowl aids in the movement of the product. No need for vigorous shaking!! Great addition to have a clean up setting! Easy breezy!! Great machine. Love the look and design of this blender.

This brand new Zwilling blender will give other blenders a run for their money. With so many speed and custom settings, this blender will easily tackle whatever you put in to the 64oz carafe with the innovative blade shapes that are made in Germany. It's quieter than most blenders while remaining super powerful, resulting in perfect smoothies, caramel frappaccinos or tomato bisque! The sleek design will look great on your counter and whether you use the self-clean option or not, this jar is so easy and safe to clean.

Wow, the power behind this blender is terrific, but the technology is what makes it exceptional. The wave shape of the bottom helps bring the liquids up to the blade rather than fall below and not get blended. The shape of the blade seems to make the biggest difference on the way food and ice are processed. It actually cuts thru it rather than mashing it. The thicker blades will last much longer and the winglets make the motion more efficient, giving many more years of use.

This blender does it all and looks beautiful in the process. Unlike other bulky blenders this is one I don't mind leaving on my counter. The pre-programmed settings make things like smoothies a breeze...you just set and start and it goes through all the speeds to blend and crush to perfection. I'm actually making home made tomato soup as I write this...it comes out smooth and hot. I love the self cleaning feature and it even has a safety feature that the blender will not start unless the lid is on properly. All the bells and whistles at an amazing price.

I use this blender EVERY day for smoothies in the morning and meal prep in the evening. I was impressed the very first time I used it to make a smoothie with fresh and frozen fruit, greens, and ice. It tore through it all in a matter of seconds and left me with the smoothest, ice-cold smoothie; I was hooked. I have made nut butters, and soups (if you use the manual side at level 10 for 5 minutes, you get seaming soup). I have not met a task this blender cannot do. Made my life in the kitchen so much easier.
