Better Chef 10-30 Cup Coffeemaker Reviews

The coffee maker works but seems to be made of very thin metal and the plastic spigot is rinky dink spraying out coffee instead of producing a steady stream of coffee. You have to hold your cup up tight against the spigot to avoid being scalded by hot coffee. I would not recommend this coffee maker to my friends.

Was so shocked at the cheap feel and construction. Granted I have not bought a larger coffee pot for 30 years but really? The metal is very thin. The first time I filled it with water it leaked from behind the spout. The directions say watch for leaks so there must be no quality control on site. We had to use a wrench to tighten it from the inside. Who takes a wrench to a party? UGH! Not happy! What is really funny it says"skillfully made in China"!

The serving spigot lever broke off after about 5 uses. Now it’s trash.

I've used this coffee pot, once so far. It works ! The coffee has a nice favor, even better than my Gevalia pot ! So, I guess it's a "keeper !" ha,ha! Happy Holidays , Y'all ! jb.

I bought this to give as a gift and it's a hit!! He loves it. Works great, looks great.

I took it out of the box, plugged it in and one screw fell out of the harness for the detachable plug and then it started smoking inside the unit where the plug connects. This would prove that they don't test their products after they are assembled. So I am now completely inconvenienced having to go through the return process. And I didn't even get to turn the unit on......didn't get passed plugging it in to the electric outlet. Thankfully no one was injured.

Very efficient whether brewing 10 or 30 cup. Very fast and easy clean-up.
