These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Kitchen Critic (“we,” “us” or “our), concerning your access to and use of the kitchencritics.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed solely and exclusively in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines without giving effect to any law that would result in the application of the law of another jurisdiction.
