Wanted to try this smaller air fryer to decide if it's something I will use. Loved the way it air fried my hambergers and tater tots in no time at all. Will go for the bigger one for sure.

The fryer works great however after two weeks of use the screws on the basket became loose constantly and had to be tightened nearly every day to the point now the screws have open the whole two wide that the nut goes through simple solution would have been to weld the handle to the basket very disappointed

I absolutely loved this the 1st 4 times I used it, then the basket wouldn't reinsert. Then I saw a broken piece on the ground that pushes the button on from the inside. Seems to have melted off or something. Machine won't turn on when basket is inserted anymore. Very disappointed.

I got this product in exchange for my honest review. I am absolutely in love with this air fryer! I cook almost everything I can in it. This air fryer is extremely easy to use and clean. We have tried cooking many different foods like frozen french fries, popcorn shrimp, frozen egg rolls, frozen taster tots, frozen chicken nuggets and frozen chicken wings. Everything has tasted so delicious and doesn't taste like it loaded with grease. I am so happy to have been selected to review this product, it really is so awesome and so easy to use!! I received this black and decker air fryer free to review, I wanted one for Christmas happy to receive this.
First, it's really easy to put to together (just 2 parts) the instructions was easy to understand.
My family was cooking fried chicken wings this was prefect to try first. All it takes is a little oil that you brush on the wings Which was okay compared to the gallon of oil in my other deep fryer and your favorite seasoning. According to the instructions I will cook the wings for 25 mins at 400 degrees and shake (flip) the wings before time was up. The results are in the picture they taste good and was crispy like any other fryer cooks.
Second, I gave this fryer 3 stars because the of the smell while it cooks and the smell also be on the food which is not good. My kids said it was not a problem but I didn't like it.
Lastly, it's easy to take a apart and clean. Also love that it does not start cooking until the bottom is secure and locked.
Changes I recommend the company makes is the smell the fryer gives off.! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Delivery was quick..from California! I've used it 3 times now, must be creative as cooking instructions/times are minimal. I think of it as a small oven as it goes up to 400 degrees. To get the fried crispness, just need to brush on a bit of oil or a bit of spray oil. Overall, an interesting kitchen gadget that I look forward to using as much as possible. Outside of appliance doesn't get hot, so this will be handy on hot summer days.
Only rated 4 stars, because the audible timer only worked once but doesn't make a sound any more, but I can hear it stop running when it's done, the"fan" sound stops. It runs quiet, like a microwave oven.
Worth the price.

I really like my air fryer. It has been fun to experiment with all of the things I would normally cook in an oven or on the grill. It is nice to make healthy grilled meats and vegetables without having to work with a grill in the 100+ heat.
My only issue is that the pan/basket does not fit reliably into the unit. I have to pull it out and push it back in until it does not have any resistance, then it fits fine. I have no idea what is interfering with smooth operation of the basket attachment, but it is annoying enough to deduct a star.
Air frying is my new favorite cooking method. I am glad I bought it, quirks and all. The price is right.
