I love it its super shiny just how I expected

Have used this toaster for almost two years. It works well, you get the price you paid for. Nothing fancy but works for toasting bread, bagels, hamburger buns, and I even tried toasting leftover pizza.... but do no recomment that because it gets stuck in there. The lever got stuck a couple of times but somehow we fixed it. The heat knobs work well and you can easily control how crisp or just warmed up you want your bread to be. The defrost button is confusing to use so we dont use that feature and toast frozen bread as we normally would. Overall great simple product. Would buy again.

Pretty on the outside but very cheaply made. Stopped working right after the first time we used it. I made the mistake of not keeping the box so can't return. Don't waste your money on this!

Pretty, but blackens rather than brows your toast. Watch your setting. Requires a forceful push to engage the catch. Rough patch on front seam.

Really disappointed as the lever did not work. Beautiful toaster though but decided to go with a different brand after ordering online and waiting for the shipment.

Love the color and the fact that the sides do not get hot to the touch

Reasonably priced. Package arrived in good condition with plenty of protective inserts. Great quality item. Sharp stylish appearance. Looks exactly like the advertised photos. Good size slots for thicker bread. The exterior doesn't get hot like some other toasters. I love it.

Minor cosmetic flaws. Does not "toast" on even the highest setting. Does not "toast" completely, after a second run on the highest setting. Tried different breads, english muffins and not satisfactory, required 2 1/2 cycles on highest setting. I am returning it.
