It's easy to clean and operate, doesn't take up a lot of room since I don't have much space anyway, and blends in nicely with my white background and major appliances. I selected the white mixer even though the red one was cheaper.

This is our first stand mixer.
We do a lot of dessert baking. Using hand mixer to make good sponge cakes and etc
(15 to 20 minute mix time) was just too much work. We love this mixer. It's Quiet, Powerful, a Joy to Operate and Easy to Clean. Size is perfect for our needs. Now we prepare great cakes and frostings without having to spend long times hovering over a bowl, holding onto a hand mixer with batter flying all over the work space.

This mixer is perfect for my needs, however, if you do a LOT of baking, especially in big batches, you may want to consider one of Cuisinart's larger models, as this suggests not more than 4 1/2 cups of flour. Other than that, for me it is a great mixer; easy to handle and clean up, and ever bit as good as a Kitchen Aid!

Hi,
I bought kitchenaid artisan for 3.5 qt and returned it as we thought this is small. We bought kitchen aid classic for 5 qt.
and returned it as it was bigger. I came across this piece and thought to try and we love it. It is cheaper and give you all the functionality what kitchenaid offer. So let's Beat the hype of Kitchenaid stand mixer and price.
I am Indian (Asian) and we use it daily for our Roti(chapati) dough making and it works perfectly. My wife prepared dough for cake as well and no issues.
