Unfortunately, despite coming with a large basket, it seems the only way to cook food in it is by having one layer of food at the bottom of the basket and doing multiple batches. I tried making orange chicken in this and had to stir it around multiple times, but it simply wouldn't work. Some parts were cooked too much on the outside while other parts not at all. And then the holes in the bottom allowed the batter on the outside to drip off, so it was more like regular baked chicken at the end. Fries weren't good either. Many were raw despite multiple stirrings and cookings.

Very easy to use. Has a substantial stainless steel basket. Could use a better owner's manual and a better recipe booklet. And I'm not sure it gets up to selected temperature, but it's still hot enough to easily cook anything I've tried so far.
