It does exactly what I need it to do, the only complaint I can come up with would be how short the cord is. Not only is it cheap but it makes one heck of an eggo waffle.

This toaster is only $8 and it basically is what i expected. The quality of the toaster itself, how sturdy it is, the amount of functions, etc, is what you expect. It's not as study as my roommate's $20 toaster and doesn't have the fancy buttons or functions but it gets the job done for a wonderful price. The price is what I got it for since I only needed something that would toast my bread, bagels and pita bread. :) I've used it for nearly a month now and there have been no issues. I hope it doesn't break any time soon, so I'll make sure to treat it with care. But if it does, this is what I payed for and what I expected anyway. The only issue I've had with it is the slits you put your food in are not That wide so the bagel sometimes touches the heater itself and smoke comes out, so I obviously stop it and shave the bagel down a bit. But it's really no big deal. It takes less than a minute to fix. Overall, would recommend if you're looking for a super cheap toaster that fulfills your simple needs.

HAHA, this cheap little toaster is great and I didn't expect that from such a low price tag. This is quicker than any other toaster I have ever used. We bought this to take the place of our toaster oven while it's in the repair shop, but we will probably use this instead even when our toaster oven comes back home...don't know how long it will last because it's made pretty flimsy (what can you expect for 7.00 dollars and change) but we will use it happily until it dies...

The reviews were decent so I bought this really cheap toaster. It doesn't toast bread well. Sometimes one side is burnt even though I'm using same setting. All the time, the toasting is uneven. Part of the bread is toasted. It has never toasted all the bread evenly.

I got this toaster at an awesome price. It works well seems well made. Gets the job done nothing fancy. It looks very nice and shiny on the counter. I would never guess this was under 10$! I was using a toaster oven to make toast which took about 5 minutes. This toaster takes maybe a minute for perfect toast.

I was a bit skeptical when I purchased this $7.44 toaster but was willing to take a chance for that price. It really is a wonderful toaster! It's light, slim, wide slots and can really toast. Two things you should do when you first get this toaster, let the toaster run on high for about 4-5 times (let the new plastic smell burn off) and try toasting your bread on the 2 mark and see how that works for you. Like I said, this toaster does the job. The only thing about this toaster is, you have to use the temperature setting to make the toast pop up if you want it before it's done. Not a big deal to me. I purchased this toaster along with the Hamilton Beach 0.7 cu ft Microwave Oven and now I have a lot more room on my counter!!

For a single person or very small family, the 2 slice toaster is sufficient. The toaster heats up quickly, is easy to clean and takes up very little space on the counter. This toaster was the lowest cost on the market and it has all the features of one that costs 2 or 3 times as much. It is well made and durable. Appears to be the same design as one that lasted 20 years.

I expected this toaster to be cheaply made since I only paid 7 bucks! But to my surprise it's the best toaster I've ever had. Heats up quick and the toast pops up high so I don't have to dig it out. The cooling design is nice also so it doesn't get hot on the exterior at all.

Amazing deal for the price! Nice and sleek design, easy to clean, warms up quickly and toasts evenly. You can't beat the price either! I was very skeptical when buying this because the price was so low and most toasters go for three times the price, when I got it I was pleasantly surprised and very happy with my choice!

I bought this toaster because old one took too long to toast. Unfortunately this one takes as long. However I do like the high pop up, the wider openings, and the range of toastiness you can get. Well worth the money.
