This is a great microwave. Love the grilling function and the ability to turn off the sound (no beeping).
The ceramic coating inside is easy to clean. I haven't found anything to criticize. This is one of the top 10 recommended brands.

I just purchased this unit and we have not put it through the rigors yet but thus far it is working well. I look forward to using the 'Combi' feature on a microwavable pot pie to see if it render a nicely browned crust as it touts.

our gently used samsung microwave burnt up in a month. it was loud out of the box but it worked...for 1 month and then suddenly died with an awful burning smell.

This is a very nice update to the standard microwave oven. This model includes a grilling feature that is very handy and is built with a ceramic interior to emulate features of a toaster oven.

The first Samsung we received came from a home improvement store. It took 4 weeks to arrive and when we plugged it in nothing happened. We were very skeptical about waiting a month for another one and maybe that one not working. But I liked the size and wanted to try the grill feature. Then I found this one at Wal-Mart. Arrived in two days! I have been using it for two weeks now and love it. I really like the combi feature,especially for bacon. Would definitely recommend this. The price was great too

After researching multiple brands and models, it was literally a no-brainer that I chose this Samsung microwave with the extra grilling feature. Its design is sleek and appealing to the eye and adds a bit of class to our kitchen countertop. It is relatively small in size (which is terrific for a counter top) but has more than expected interior cooking volume - well engineered. It is relatively light-weigh for easy moving to clean underneath. Although used primarily for its microwave cooking, the extra grilling feature is really a plus (not available on many brands/models. It is easy to use and cooks evenly and consistently. Of all the brands and models that I researched, this is definitely the biggest bang for the buck. Glad I took the time to research and select this unit. You won't be disappointed!
