I am not a wine expert. I only like moscato :) But I wanted to gift myself a little something after buying my house, and this was it. I noticed in some other reviews that people said it wasn't cooling like it was supposed to. Just FYI, if you put a warm bottle of wine in the cooler, the temp does rise. That's normal. After a few hours, once it's chilled, it goes to the temp you have it set for. My wine cooler does exactly what it's supposed to do. Chill the wine. Not immediately. And that's ok. Like any other cooler, fridge, whatever.... it takes time to get to that perfect temp. I love my cooler. The temps have been holding just fine. Just remember when you open and close it all the time it loses that chill. And when a warm bottle of wine is put in it, the temp rises. Then it settles where it's supposed to.
