The exterior door for our kitchen is rather small, only 31 inches wide, which required us to remove the fridge and freezer doors to get the fridge into the house. We had fully expected this to be the case, and were really dreading the amount of effort that would be required, but the instructions in the owner's manual were exceptionally well written with clear illustrations and we found it very easy to remove and then reattach the doors with simple tools. Hooking up our existing water line for the icemaker took about 45 seconds and we already had ice being produced within 6 hours. The fridge is a beautiful addition to our kitchen, is extremely well built, and the interior layout is wonderful. Well done KUCHT, a great product! We expect our next appliance replacement to be a dishwasher, and will absolutely be purchasing from the extensive options in the Kucht line of products.

We just had this new refrigerator installed. The French Doors are not even. They are off by about 3/8ths of an inch. The freezer handle also does not fit snug to the freezer door.

I bought this refrigerator few weeks ago. Works good but it make some weird noises here and there. Also the light inside the fridge isn't bright enough and takes a seconds to turn fully on. I would need to call customer service. It might be really good fridge but mine needs probably technician to look at it. The noises start bothering me and sometimes it's really loud.
