Ordered stainless, received black. Two dents on front door. Box was opened and taped up all along the bottom side of it. Just had surgery and I am in a cast so I cannot return it. Had someone unpack it for me and set it up. Fridge itself seems to work well, gets very cold, but a little tricky to put something as tall as a bottle of wine in it.

The item came with some damages. A permanent scratch on top left corner and dents inside the fridge. I'm not sure how it was scratched on top since, there was Styrofoam on top as protective cover. No product should arrive damaged, period. There's no excuse for this since, people pay for a "new" product. These damages make it appear, "used." I would have saved myself money, if I knew this would had happen. Honestly, I could have got a better deal for the same quality fridge with damages at the local store for about 50$ less. This product only weighs 43lbs and shouldn't have an issue with shipment. Unless, the product was already damaged or there was carelessness. Possibly, even both. The shelf inside of the bottom layer is actually half the size of the top shelf. When placed where it is supposedly the highest level from the bottom shelf holder, it does not flush. To me, that seems like an odd design. See photos attached.

I bought the fridge for equal use of the freezer/"extra cold" compartment as for the fridge. Unfortunately, that piece doesn't remotely freeze anything... even when the fridge is turned all the way up (there is NOT a separate thermostat) and partially freezing my Kombucha (unfortunately it seems to have a super low freezing point and what needs to be frozen doesn't), the freezer section almost seems warmer than the ambient temp of the fridge. Full disclosure im trying to use it for medical ice packs and things like that. Really expected the freezer to actually keep items cooler than they do. Also, the fridge is not designed great for cans. The second wired door shelf adjust presumably to be able to hold items other than drinks. But it moves so easily, any can or item roughly an inch higher than the shelf will fall out. It just doesn't seem to be engineered very well.

The refrigerator works fine, it keeps things very cold. But this is not the refrigerator I ordered. I ordered a stainless steel refrigerator and I received a black one with a dark gray front door. I wanted to return it, but I would have had to take it back to a store since I ordered it on line. It was not possible for me to lift and carry this thing to a store and my state has a stay at home order in place. It was not worth it, but I truly did not appreciate getting what I ordered and paid for,

This was a gift, and a very well received gift. Apparently it works very well; in fact, he had to turn down the temperature as it is COLD (which is what you want!). It is as described. A very nice unit. It is always a pleasure when you can give a gift that is truly appreciated and works as it should. I feel we truly got our money's worth on this purchase. Thank you!

I purchased this as a garage unit. I have no complaints so far. It is quiet and works well. I have it set at a lower setting and it keeps everything cool as it should.

Perfect size! I love how there are no soda holders along the door. It gives much added space. The only draw back is one of the adjustable shelves is only a 1/2 shelf. Very quiet.

I use compact fridges in my basement for my home office and bought this as a replacement for my Sanyo compact that finally gave out after years of faithful service. This fridge is tiny (I think the picture that accompanies the description is a bit deceptive and likely used smaller than average height bottles because I certainly thought I was getting more room). However, on a good note, it keeps things cool, so I guess it does what it was intended to do. I was expecting (and needing) more room than my other fridge, (my existing GE) could provide. I can't fit a standard 16.9 ounce bottle upright in the actual refrigerator compartment without removing the shelf which then limits storage space. You can however store them in the door. That's great except I drink LOTS of home filled and store bought bottled water and the door only holds about five bottles. Plus I have salad dressings and syrup I like to keep cool, so it's all competing for space. Everything about 10 or 12 ounces has has to be placed in a horizontal position (again unless you use the limited door space). Also I'm certain I read in the description of an interior light, but now I don't see it and there isn't one with this fridge. So my rating for the fridge to do what it does would be a five, but because of the small space, I'm giving it a three.
