We are liking our toaster and using # 4 setting mostly and so far not needing the defrost cycle yet. Have keep after the emptying the crumb tray.

Works ok both sides of bread aren't toasted the same. Bagel button doesn't seem to toast bagel any different. Good price.

We actually bought this after buying my daughter the 4 slice. They are both good quality, light weight and work so well, easy and the larger slots are the best!

I received a BLACK+DECKER 2-Slice toaster in exchange for my honest review. It is really easy to use! My only issues with this toaster is the toasting doesn't reach to the edges as well as I would like and the extra lift on the lever doesn't lift it as high as I would like. Over all this is a great value. I love the easily removable crumb tray for easy clean up! I also really like the extra wide slots for using bagels, including a special setting for bagels and frozen items...and of course the very useful cancel button! It's nice and light weight as well, so I look forward to taking this camping to toast bagels for an easy breakfast. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Simple two slice toaste that actually works very well. Slightly too ordinary in style for me, but I am very happy the results it produces. Black and Decker is a brand I trust and have found produces top quality appliances, so although I can not review on the longevity I believe it should be long lasting. The only thing I would change immediately would be the length of the cord (it is only 2' long and is attached towards one side) [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

In all honesty, for the cost, you get what you pay for. Its a perfectly fine toaster, does the job but I have owned many toasters and this one has minimal style and sturdiness. It gets the job done but things such as the handle you push down are flimsy and seem like they will break. Also the settings knob is the same way. Id give it a 6 stars out of 10.
