Perfect size. I had a 1 1/2 cup and that was too small. This one works perfect and fits in my cupboard. It is light weight,too.

I should have read more reviews before buying but I needed a new chopper as mine had just broken. the lid doesnt latch on, you must hold it down to engage the switch to chop your food. You have to hold it down well or will will dance under your hands. Not as good a chopper as my last one although it does hold more food. That was a selling point with me, i wanted just a little bit bigger chopper. I wont by this one again. I do not recommend it. Buy something else.

I bought this to replace my original small Black and Decker chopper which I have worn out. Hey, wouldnt you think it should stay sharp over 25 years? So, I got this new one and I am pleased! So much easier to assemble! Works just as well as the old one and is bigger! Thanks, Black and Decker!

Expected one speed, basic chopping. It handles nuts, carrots, and meats. I use it to process my mother's food to a consistency she can chew. Very easy to clean.

I really enjoyed using this One-touch 3 cup chopper by Black and Decker. It is easy to assemble and use. Its 175 watt motor chopped my cooked garbanzo beans in seconds to make hummus and the holes around the lid is perfect for adding oils or other liquids. The one touch pulse control allows you to combine ingredients evenly. This is a great addition to any kitchen and cuts chopping nuts and vegetables in half and evenly. The 3 removable parts (lid, cup, and blades) are dishwasher safe and the compact size would make storage easy. Comes with a 2 year limited warranty. The Black + Decker Fresh Prep One-Touch Chopper comes with a 2 year limited warranty. It also comes with a chopping guide in the instruction booklet. It has a 3 cup capacity and dishwasher-safe parts (except the base, which you can clean with a damp cloth). The blades are stainless steel and very sharp. The lid has small holes all around the top so you can add oil while it's chopping. Great for dressings. It has a one-touch pulse control with a 175 watt motor. It chops things very fast and wonderfully! Just a few pulses and I had made a perfect homemade salsa. Love this and would recommend to others. I love that I can use it for small things, like if I'm making something for myself or larger things for my whole family.
