The ‘bagel’ is stuck so my toast now has to be flipped and retoasted to get both sides. No indication on the darkness dial to tell you how dark your toast will be (on the one of the slice that’s toasted, that is...you know how dark the other side will be because it doesn’t toast at all, since the ‘bagel’ button is permanantly ON). The little rubber feet pop off at the merest movement and eventually go missing, leaving you with a wobbly toaster. The cord is meant to wrap around the feet for tidy storage, but this is also badly designed. It’s a f’ing TOASTER, B

I am going to return this. Right out of the box, it looks as though the lever does not come up to the top. The spring is very weak so you have to dig into the toaster slots to get your toasted items. I guess it toasts fine but this is all pretty disappointing that I have to go through the trouble of returning something that I've had for all of 1 day.
