We have a large family so it was a bit small. Worked great the 2 or 3yrs we've owned it. Still going strong but it's time to rehome the little fella since it's just taking up space now that we have a Ninja. I would absolutely recommend this food processor.

Needed an in between cup size. Not too big, not too small. This 5 cup seemed perfect. Loved that you get 2 of 5 cup storage bowls & lids---your foods actually get chopped in, and they don't leak like some chopper's bowls. I just got this 5 days ago. The 1st chop, garlic, came out totally liquefied! Ok, 2cd time, I'll pulse lighter. It would not chop evenly---Even after I pre cut each piece of zucchini, small sized-Zucchini kept sticking to blades. I had to keep opening, getting pieces of the blades. So, by the time I did that, the rest of a very small amount of zucchini in the bowl, again liquefied!!! I thought this chopper would be different. The blade seemed shaped better, higher than most. So it seemed the blade would do a better job. It didn't. Another review of Black & Decker's food processor, said the same thing---They called it decimated the food. Yes that's right, decimated is a better word even! I already gave my small 2 cup away. My big one's massive, to take out every time. Now I'm undecided. I guess I will return this.
