This Bodum French Press coffee maker is great for personal use. It is easy to use and and has a sleek minimal design. The size is perfect for a mug and then a refill. The handle helps with pouring and has a good grip.

A rental house that I stayed in while on a trip had this as the only coffee maker in the kitchen. I was forced to use it since it was the only way to make morning coffee. I was so impressed by the full coffee flavor it produced that I bought one. This is the exact French Press that was there. Some of the other reviews talk about it breaking easily, but I thought if a rental property would have it, it has to be fairly durable. Mine works perfectly. It's easy to clean and is holding up very well. Love it!

We have been converts to the French press now for nearly 20 years. It provides the most flavorful cup of coffee. I like the simple mechanics. All you have to do is boil water. This is a very good model. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

For those that like only 1 or 2 cups of French press coffee, you'll be disappointed. The plunger doesn't go all the way to the bottom. Okay if your making 5 or more cups of coffee.

First, and most important, it makes delicious coffee. It also brews an excellent cup of tea. I am delighted to be able to take my electric coffee brewer, a big bulky thing, off the countertop of my small kitchen and replace it with this very pretty french press.
