Bought this over a month ago and not a single day goes when I have not used it .. Chops perfectly and you can control the fine-ness of the chop simply by increasing or reducing the number of times you pull the string .. My go to countertop essential for chopping onions, bell peppers, Avacado.. fruits .. Just about anything !
