Awful product, pretty much useless. The wide mouth chute ends up spewing popcorn everywhere. There’s no amount of adjusting that fixes it. Horrible I spent that kind of money on a product I can’t use. Will not purchase this brand again

Bought this for my Grandson for Christmas. They opened the box and tired the air popper three times and it did not work at all. Returning it today and will not buy another brentwood popcorn maker.
