Very disappointed. Compared to the Krups I previously owned for the same price this little guy doesn't compare. It doesn't grind the beans well enough. They stay too course and some of the beans never get ground up. Save your money on this and buy something a little higher quality.

Bang for the buck easy to clean and use (cinnamon sticks and nutmeg) however arrived in extra large bubble wrap envelope box crushed plastic lid and activation button broken had to return item

I would never have believed fresh ground beans could make SUCH a difference. Because I accidentally bought whole bean coffee instead of ground, and had been thinking of getting a coffee grinder, I just went and did it. Brentwood has always been good to me, and this little grinder is no exception. Does a wonderful job, and I now cannot imagine ever going back to buying already ground.
