So far, so good. I have been using for about a week. Nice compact size but slots are wide enough for bagels, etc. Even toasting both sides. Will write later if any problems, but just as I ordered and good value. Love the Cancel, defrost buttons. There is a reheat button on it that I have not used and am frankly not sure what I would use it for.

Used first time this morning! Toast was perfect, I used a “farmhouse†bread, which made it longer, not wide like a bagel. No burnt edges, did not stick, popped up perfect!
