I received mine a few weeks ago and am very happy with it. Everything built in saved me some countertop space, too. I've never used an espresso machine before and both my mother and I were able to use it pretty easily after reading the directions.

This Brim 19 bar expression maker is such a great machine. The craftsmanship of this machine is amazing. It is top quality and I love my mornings a little more now. The instructional manual is great and easy to follow. I love all the different options it has and I am excited for all of the other coffee recipes I will be able to try with this expression maker. My family loves to come over and have a sip with me. I definitely recommend this Brim 19 bar expresso maker. I received a free sample from PinchME for my honest opinion.

My new Brim Espresso maker is about a month old and has delivered over 40 cups of double and single dose espresso shots. They've been delicious. I'm certainly new to the game and have enjoyed years of having others make these creations for me. The pandemic and an experience of 5 Starbucks employees working quickly without masks or gloves gave me the push. After research the Breville and Rancillo models were leaders, and then I saw this machine. So few reviews; some risk. It turns out Sensio (parent co.) delivers the value as they are know for. I'll suggest more Back to the coffee - I've paired it perfectly with their grinder and have enjoyed perfect grinds at the #1 setting. The crema and temperature are good, particularly for the single non-pressurized basket. The frothing wand and hot water (americano) wands are outstanding and have enabled latte and cappucchino pefection! Admittedly I'm learning and do run a "blank" shot to heat the portafilter. I've also made multiple cups in a row with no degradation in quality. So far, I could not be happier..

I was given a free sample from PinchMe. As soon as I took it out of the box I started using the espresso machine. The instruction manual was easy to follow. I am so excited to create at home espresso drinks!

I want to thank Brim and PINCHme for sending me this product for my honest review as I absolutely love this Espresso maker bar. With everything going on in the world and staying at home, my fiance and I have been putting it to great use everyday and would recommend it to anybody who loves coffee. The set comes with everything you need and more to make the perfect espresso drink. Not to mention, it looks great in the kitchen.

I think this is the perfect espresso maker for your home. Not only is it beautiful, you are able to easily make, espresso, latte, cappuccino, tea and other hot drinks. It is a great size and can replace other coffee appliances on your counter. As a coffee lover, I highly recommend. Since I received mine from PINCHme, I can not stop making drinks. The product is very intuitive. However, if I was not already familiar on how to make, I would be frustrated with the instructions (even though I appreciated the simplicity). I Would recommend a separate longer manual for tips or a bit more instruction/illustrations. Another accessory I would have loved is a thermometer for my milk, so I can make the perfect latte. Otherwise, very pleased with every cup and can't wait to use for years to come.

I love espresso and during this quarantine I've really been missing my morning runs to Starbucks. But this machine has been my savior! First of all, it's so beautiful and sleek, I feel like I'm living in my own coffee shop. More importantly, it makes amazing espresso and cappuccinos. Simple instructions and easy to use, I was making my own delicious espresso only minutes after opening the box. It includes all the accessories you need to get started. It took me a try or two to get the froth just how I like it, and now there's no looking back!

I was so fortunate to receive this beautiful piece of machinery free from PinchMe. I love coffee and was ecstatic to receive this to try. First of all, it's an elegant product that made my kitchen counter look so classy. Despite being an amateur at making espressos, lattes, etc. this was easy to use. It looks like an upscale, authentic Italian espresso maker so I was a little intimated, but I was able to use it with no issue. I'm excited to try different methods to create americanos, cappuccinos, etc. My boyfriend who isn't much of a coffee drinker is even excited to have lattes. If you are someone who likes lattes, cappuccinos you will save a lot of money by making these at home instead of dropping a lot of money at coffee places. Very pleased and grateful for this product.

I've had this machine for a week and have spent a ton of time on it. I am a barista in Kansas City (Instagram milky_essence) and unfortunately was laid off temporarily during this pandemic. I miss pouring so much I decided to get this little machine to keep me busy while stuck at home! The only complaints I have are 1) the loud noise and banging it makes while extracting espresso or steaming milk. 2) the steam wand isn't as powerful as I'd hope, but I understand. I'm still able to get quality microfoam and produce latte art. Overall I really love this machine. It is simple and straightforward. Noise reduction would give it 5 stars. Thank you Brim!

Bought this a week ago and it arrived 2/24/20. Upon arrival my unit was packed with 2 of the same filters. After one usage, I find my beautiful coffee bar saturated in water. I thought my husband might had spilled water while filling it but no, we careful tested it to see if it was leaking. Don't waste your time, I'm glad it failed within the first week so I can return it.
