I had never tried cold brew coffee before ordering this product, and now I am hooked. This coffee maker is simple to use and easy and quick to clean up after. I love that I can choose the strength of my coffee by using more/less of the concentrate, and it can go in any type of drink - hot, cold, blended. I also tried it with tea and it was so good! I would recommend this product to anyone who drinks coffee or tea on a regular basis.

I have been wanting to try a cold brew system for a while but I've been hesitant with how many steps involved and the maintenance and cost of the kit. The Smart Valve Cold Brew Coffee Maker is an excellent place to start (and finish because I'll probably not explore other brands). The set up is easy, just remember to put reuseable filter (yes, reuseable! I started to worry when the kit only comes with two filters but you can clean them!) -- I may have forgotten this step once and ended up with a slight mess, but I recovered. The glass decanter is also great for brewing pour over coffee, so really its a two-in-one product.

Iced or Blended Coffee is the only coffee I ever drink - so the cold brew fits right into my life. I was so excited to get the box - I opened it shocked how big it is - I guess I expected it to be half the size - but when you are investing time into the brew it makes sense why it's so big. The glass is very thin - so this is something I would probably hand wash vs. placing in the dishwasher to avoid breaking it. The assembly is very straightforward - love the reusable filters and the neck is so wide it's easy to wash and dryer. The Process was simple - the coffee came out robust and delicious (I recommend playing with the portions of water/Milk/Coffee/Sugar or Creams)- since I don't drink coffee daily it is great that this stores in the same decanter and last 2+ weeks! If you are a cold coffee lover this cold brew is a must add in your kitchen.

I was pleased to find this coffee maker to be a pretty great product for the price. It's not a high end coffee maker but it does what it needs to do. I love the simplistic operation and look. My favorite part is that it makes coffee that is much less acidic the regular brew. I can really enjoy coffee despite reflux. Definitely would recommend this for someone who wants a perfect cup of coffee!

I have gone through a couple of cold brew setups over the last couple of years, this one seems to be the best built. The smart valve is nice in that there is no fighting with a rubber plug hoping the setup doesn't leak out while brewing over night. The glass on the decanter appears delicate but is surprisingly sturdy, as I found out after accidentally giving it a decent hit against my counter top. The filters were easy to prep and to use, as well as to clean out once brewing was complete. I look forward to using this system from now on, as the easier it is to use the more likely I am to have cold brew in my fridge which makes my life better all around.

I love this product. Having never made my own cold brew before, it was a bit worrisome when the mixture reached the VERY TOP of the container, but it all worked out in the end. Of course, this can be done with any container and filter, but I'll be honest -- the pleasure of watching your delicious coffee drip into the curvy sorcerer's flask (included) can't be bought.

This is very easy to use and does produce a great tasting coffee, but the glass is very thin and fragile and seems very easily breakable. If it breaks, you would have to buy a whole new product. Additionally it's kind of big, and an odd shape and doesn't fit easily into the fridge. I like the fact that the filters are reuseable and easy to clean. Overall, I would recommend this to family and friends who like cold brewed coffee because of its ease of use.

Very easy to use! My first time making cold brew and I did it flawlessly because this set up was very easy to use and the instructions were easy to follow. Clean up is a breeze too! I also love the sleek design. The resulting coffee was perfectly smooth and delicious. I don't normally like black coffee, but the low acidity result of cold brewing makes it so that I can enjoy my coffee straight without any sweetener or creamer.

I recently replaced my old Toddy cold brew system with this and I am loving the upgrade! Not only is this cold brew system aesthetically pleasing, but it's very easy to use and clean. The smart valve makes it so easy to transfer brewed coffee into the carafe and the tabs on the filters are a nice touch for easy cleanup. The smart valve works on mason jars and other containers too, if your carafe is already in use.

I got this in the mail about a week ago and have already used it 3 times! I've been making cold brew not only for myself but for friends. This little product is so easy to use, easy to clean and makes the best cold brew. It's very user-friendly and even comes with a guide filled with tips, tricks, and recipes. Such a great buy!
