We have used it for about 3 weeks. My wife was a little skeptical. But she's sold on the taste and the speed the force is ready.

The coffee maker is great for a business that would make coffee all day. But I bought it for the house and we have to unplug it after every use not a great purchase for the house

I have been a Bunn Fan for over 40 years and when I need a new coffee maker I keep going back to Bunn for another one. I GOT TO have my coffee in 3 or 4 minutes or I get sooooo mad. HA! Seriously, when it come to time, I have all day to enjoy a cup or two, but I want it faster than the others out there make a pot full. This machine is AWESOME and I highly recommend it for home us. Fits nicely under the counter too. Bigger than the norm, but VERY nice and so easy to clean on the outside. I say, "Go For It"!!!

I bought this for the office and everyone is disappointed that it does not brew the coffee hot. The coffee is warm but definitely not hot. The outside of the machine is warm to the touch between brew cycles so the reservoir is being warmed and the warming plate is turned on. Still considering returning it.

I have used a "home" version burn 10 cup coffee pot made mostly of plastic and have been nursing it along for nearly 7 years - leaked water all over so I put it in a baking pan. Finally got fed up with it and bought this commercial version all stainless steel 12 cup coffee maker. The extra 2 cups I get doe not cost me any more coffee than the 10 cup did. Smells like a cafe' in our house now. Highly recommend this one instead of the Home version.

One would really think, if you paid $275.00 for a coffee pot, it would come with a carafe included.
This is my only gripe.

We have about 20 people in our work place and the kitchen cabinets prevented the top warming feature, so we got this brewer and are really pleased with it. The only draw back was the fact is did NOT come with a decanter. Pretty lame actually, but we had purchased a decanter as a spare (turned out to be our main one). Still, a great product.

I bought this for home use even though this coffee maker is commercial grade. I will NEVER go back to home models again. This thing makes 60 ounces of great coffee faster than you can get your mug out of the cupboard. It does this by keeping a large reservoir of water hot at all times. The warmer does not cook the coffee, it just keeps it the perfect temperature. But, do not leave the warmer on if the pot is low. We came home from church to a nearly dry pot one time.
