Worse desiign ever. I am trying again to write a review. It say error everytime I try, so here I go again. Problems - The hole in basket is to large annd does not let the water soak into grounds, so you get a weak pot of coffee. I have had to add moore grounds and 2 filters to slow down the flow. I have use Bunn for 20 years and only replaced to replace 3 times. This 3rd one is such a disappointmment. I am a senior and have not been able to replaced until now and for sure it will not be a Bunn.

This was purchased as a replacement for my previous Bunn coffee maker. I searched for one as close to the same as possible. I have been happy with the years of service from the former and am anticipating the quality to repeat in the new one. Very pleased so far.

The coffee drop rate is fantastic but takes too long to heat up when cold, 15 min. I love the simplicity of the coffee. Two buttons. Awsome

Love my Bunn Coffee Maker. Had one years ago, but developed a leak. Have been using two different coffee pots for years, but decided to buy one. Now it makes so fast, only need one and coffee stays hot.

We ave been married 56 years and this is our 4th Bunn Coffee Pot. Our last pot was several years old and the burner that kept the water hot quit. The only way to have a hot cup of coffee was to fix it early. The new one makes hot coffee in 2 minutes or less.

I purchased this coffee maker about one month ago. I am not pleased with this product as far as leaving it plugged in all the time, so the water reservoir can stay hot until the next use. We only drink coffee in the mornings. The next morning I have to remember to turn on the reservoir water 15 minutes before starting the coffee. The other issue is I am getting coffee grounds in the pot. I only make 6 cups at a time. I now make pods with the filters by using 2 filters, just so we do not have grounds in our cups.

This is my third Bunn in 30 years I would not have my kitchen be without one
They are excellent coffee makers. That may be why they are in almost every restaurant in the US
