The water never got above 175, which made it impossible to brew a good cup. We tried at least 10 times and adjusted he temperature dial. Returned it.

The coffee brewer works fine. I've set it up with two customers and they appear to be satisfied. If you use the plastic measuring carafe that comes with the unit, do not fill it to the line on the side. When filled to the line, the airpot provided with the unit will overflow.

I own a small coffee delivery business. I only use Bunn machines and purchase all of them from Sams Club. I have never had any problems and am always amazed at the speed of shipping. Free Shipping too.
