Bought this fridge less than 1 year ago, used in the office for keeping yogurt etc cool. Twice it boiled everything inside, I thought perhaps someone hit the switch for warm but not so. Eventually I could not get cold to work at all. Warranty is up naturally and coolitron won't take my calls. It looks great but not designed for frequent or dependable use.

The first fridge that I received was all scratched up so I had to return it and get another. The second was scratched also but I didn't want to return another one so I kept it. The fridge does chills the cans and bottles very quickly and they are very cold. The one problem that I see with it is that there is a fan that runs constantly and is noisy. I put this in an upstairs guest bedroom but I think that while I have become accustomed to the noise, a guest will find it annoying.

I'd searched around for a mini fridge and had hope for something less noticeable than red, but have had it two weeks and it blends perfectly on my desk without calling much or any attention. A bit less inside capacity than it looked online, but it serves my purpose. Can keep my lunch and snacks refrigerated at my desk. Love the carry handle on the top, the door latch to ensure it's closed and that it easily converts from wall outlet power to vehicle power. It hums a bit louder than I'd expected, but no louder than a small fan or personal heater, so I didn't even notice it after the first day. Overall, terrific product and worth the purchase.
